Got my first Julio e-mail.

Hello Mr. Bill.

First of all my name is Julio Jaime am the property manager Mrs. Krista.

Thank you very much for having heard good things about me. I will do everything possible for you to take that impression of me.

Well I wonder if you already have someone pick you up at the airport, if not so, I am available for you to pick it up or for any tours you want to do in our country.

Thank you very much for your time.

I hope we stay in touch and have a response from you.

I wish you good day.

Julio Jaime

I am part of a panel presenting at the UT Admin Assistant conference. I'm no fashionista, but there are a lot of questionable hairstyles here.

Going to the Cards game tonight. Bringing Mrs. SLB and a couple of other buddies. I'll be the guy on the 3rd base side, six rows up, wearing a neck brace and getting hit in the face with a foul ball.

Waiting patiently for GM to get up and tell us what he things of his Ducks tonight :towelwave:
Got pretty good and loaded on Tuesday night with my buddy Brent, who looks like a bigger, less goofy version of Joey from Friends. It's good to go out with Brent, especially when we end up at a scrip club. Of course it's not so good when the first dancer of the night put her bunghole on his nose and kicked over my Bud Light all over me in the process. Little funny walking around with wet pants at a scrip club. Fast forward because that why we here I get home and see the Ducks only favored by 10. TEN? Come on, man. We win by 30 every game. TEN? They'll be up by that before the ball is ever kicked off. So a large scale wager (for me) was plunked down on Oregon -10 and then I went and lost most of the rest of the money in my account on blackjack and poker. :bag: Today I see the line is Oregon -8. FML.

Oh, and I have to go back to the scrip club today because somebody left his credit card there. :bag:

I put a new ceiling fan in last week. :buffsnails:
Yeah, I tried that once and gave up. That's impressive.
It is?
You've installed one?
When I sold my house I replaced four of them.
Colour me impressed, Doctor. I tried back in 2001 and gave up after learning I needed to go into the attic. But the guy that told me that was this creepy neighbor who might have been clinically insane. He moved away a few years ago. Maybe it's time to revisit this ceiling fan as it's been in my garage for 11 years now.

Wait, FOUR ceiling fans? Good lord, did you live in a plantation?

Yes. I called it Tara II.

I have 6 ceiling fans in my house, and have installed 3 of them....and my wife installed 2 others (1 yet to be replaced since we purchased the house)

Just sayin'

Also, love the OU writeup. Tonight, they'll be our Ducks, -7.5 works for me :towelwave:

Now ya'll are just rubbing it in. :hot: Well, I'm going to find out how much money the club fleeced me on the credit card left behind, then determine how much more I'll put on our Ducks tonight. At least eleventy hundred.

:lmao: :lmao: Thought you guys would like that.BTW, when you a Cards pitcher make a fist after a base hit, it's a tribute to Lohse and this behavior. :lmao: :lmao: Joe Buck knows why they do it and I giggled like a school girl when he tried to explain why in game 2 after Carpenter's hit.

Down to -7.5.

May not be a bad idea to lay another one.

I think that's right. There was also a mounting bracket or something.

yeah i think that's for the mounting part

At the Tilted Kilt to meet an old college buddy for a late lunch. Definitely feeling like a creepy old man.
Probably not nearly as cool as rolling into a strip club at 6:30pm tonight to retrieve your credit card from Tuesday. My friend left his belt there. Thankfully, one of the lasses tracked me down after I sent him home in a cab and told me there was a nice belt in the lap dance room and she'd be happy to give it to me if I went back there with her and got a lap dance. Pretty neat place. Hard to understand why I needed my credit card when my bank reads 2 giant withdrawals during the night.

I got that beat. Wife and I went into the TK about 4 years ago. The server turned out to my principal's daughter and a former student. I couldn't even look at her.

 considering your home improvement record I'm not sure it's advisable for you to deal with wiring... :scared:
