I made two Reuben sandwiches for lunch today. So delicious. I was thinking how perfect the Reuben was in describing me too. Pickled cabbage, & corned beef mixed together with 1000 island dressing, Swiss cheese and grilled on rye bread. It sounds like a terrible drunken combination and frankly pretty unhealthy but if you just give it a chance, you'll really like it.

Pro Tip: Turn your transistor radio dial all the way to the left. Now SLOWLY turn the dial counter clockwise from there. If you don't hear the sexy little minx voice of Terry Gross within 3/4 of a complete dial I'll buy you a new digital clock radio.

Let's pretend I still have a radio with a dial. If it is already over to the left turning it counter-clockwise would mean I was trying to turn it further to the left. I would be futilely banging up against that 530 barrier.

Watching CNBC was painful today. They showed the same crane about a million times. When stock cheerleaders turn into weathermen, it gets pretty ridiculous. No market today/tomorrow. Today has been like sitting in the waiting room of a dentist all day long.

I don't use 1k isle, but the reuben is my favorite sandwich. The key for me is to grill the sauerkraut enough to get out most of the water so it doesn't make it to soggy.

Actually GM is correct if we're talking about certain portable/transistor radios.If it was something where the numbers on directly on the wheel/dial then turning it counter-clockwise would take you to the right side of the station number spectrum.

But if it is something like this, where turning the knob/wheel moves an indicator left or right, the opposite is true.

AngryWife stuffed one in her purse and brought it home one night. It has faithfully served her through thousands of margaritas/long island iced teas/vodka pineapples over the years until last night. I managed to bang it against another glass while loading the dishwasher and broke the ####### thing.

My craptastic team in my BIG MONEY league was 2-5 heading into this game. I was 12th in our 14 team league. I scored nearly 600 points tonight and beat the best team in the league.

Jason Witten had 98 points for me.
