Made a huge pot of chili tonight.Sent the following through the meat grinder:4# Fajita Meat2.5# Bacon2.5# Chuck2# Boneless pork country ribsDiced up:3# Ny StripAddedI cup chopped frsh garlicI bunch chopped celery2 qt. Chopped onionsi Industrial sized can of diced romatoes1/4 cup cumin2T Cinammon3/4 c Onion powderFor Chili:Roasted seeded and diced:3 bell peppers3 anaheim peppers3 pasilla peppers4 ancho peppersPlus another cup and a half of dark Red Texas Chili PowderIts been simmering on the stove for about six hours. Going to cool it down now and reheat in the morning to serve at lunch.I also have a huge pot of four lbs pinto beans simmering with a fresh picnic thrown in the pot for flavoring.I serve my chili without beans, but try to have a pot on the sides for those who like to mix it up.

Sounds like it'd be pretty good for a super bowl party.

Today starts our third Trimester!! L$%(^ will be here before I know it.. & I have so much to get done.. Ie. her room!!

I came to bed at 9pm.. Exhausted.. & now I'm wide awake.. I should have stayed on the couch!! Grr.. #2 nights without sleep.. But in the end #$%^& is totally worth it..

Can't wait to hold my baby in my arms.....

Holiday Party at work over!!! Being 6.5 months prego I'm one sore mamma!! Wahh!!

Last 4 days.

Jeebus. Girl I work with (I actually performed her wedding ceremony) just had her first baby about 4 days ago. She was great about the whole facebook/pregnancy thing. She'd post a pic of herself getting fat and busty about every 10-12 days. That was it up until the day she was due. Then she posted a couple of updates about going to the hospital to get induced. God bless her.
