How many money leagues you in this 2006 season and what are the entry?

Myself in 5..cost..$50 $50 $50 $100 $100...so far! Just asking..think I'm being kinda cheap this year last year went more. :)

Try 1.

The only title I want... and I'm focused on it like never before.

(I have some free $#!@ too, just for draft practice)

I'm in 4.

competitive Friends league, competitive IDP league, yahoo public league, and a competitive league with off-the-wall scoring.

I try to do this every year.

I'd like to throw in a dynasty league, but haven't found a set of guys I feel would be fun to do it with.

I was in a $100 pay league last year, but I am not going to do it this year, as I spent my winnings/etc on a kickass new acoustic guitar, and since I don't have a job and am a full-time college student, I am too poor.

I likely will start playing in a lot more money leagues as soon as I have the extra income. I find that 1000% payoff in 4 months is a worthy investment.

Have it down to five leagues. Only four to actually manage. It's taken me years to get down to this. Was up to ten at worst point. Totally loose count of the number of times I have to say "no thanks".

No Mercy - Kestral's Flight

RSFF - Halas Division

FESL - Alpha - FBG Staff League

BFF - Bellingham FF (home league I run with my wife)

Staff vs MB Survivor

Would probably do a live one in Seattle if someone from the MB pulls that together. proninja or brit?

8 right now.

I have an addictive (hereditary) personality.

I say it's better to be addicted to fantasy football than a LOT of other stuff. So, I indulge my addictions here instead of elsewhere.

Two.

Main league I started in '88. Twenty-year anniversary next year. Sort of unbelievable when step back and look at this hobby occupying so much of my life. Auction-keeper league.

Second league is and ESPN thing that a friend runs. Standard scoring, draft league. Just a different group of friends.

But, I'd never join a third. Just takes away the importance/emphasis on the one I love (as well as the enjoyment I get from my buddy's league).

4. um, 6 including survivors.

Run 3, with the same scoring (IDP, PartialPointsReceptoin) so it's managable.

2 are work and 2 are freinds. One's a keeper.

I enjoy the banter and competition with the most competitive in my leagues.

I like providing a fun league for everyone too.

Toying with running another.

11, plus 4 that is riddled with FBGs in it (one I created plus MBSL1, MBSL3, and Anarchy 2).

Ok, ok, twist my arm... several free Yahoo and CBS Sportslines ones too... :P

2. But really only 1 because the other isn't too active. I focus on my local league with friends. That's the only championship that really matters because I could rub it in their faces constantly.

To me, it's just not the same if you aren't close friends with the people you play with. I guess I'm spoiled.

2 leagues. 1 dynasty and 1 re-draft. It's all I have time for so I focus my energy on winning in those two leagues.

I am in 6 -> 3 $$$$ redrafts, a dynasty $, a keeper $, and a pride dynasty/contract league

Why not more leagues? :WIFE:

Last year I was near 20 (4 paid) which was too damn much.

This year I down to the 4 paid leagues plus a new fifth, a winners league on yahoo, my two main friends leagues, and perhaps three FBG message board leagues. No more truly public leagues, except I'm in one ESPN pub league cause I thought I was mocking but wasn't (it was late).

4 dynastys and two redrafts, all money leagues. I think I can add one more dynasty and maybe a couple of best ball formats, like Draftmasters.

Just for the heck of it..thinking $200 league some where..all I have to do is work 4 hours OT to do it.

Never entered a $200 league yet..I bet more at party poker..so might as well do it. :D

I'll be the first to admit the disease.

21 this year.

Was 14 last year and had no problem, took over a bunch of dynasty teams that had the likes of Larry Johnson, Fitz, SA, LT2, etc. and figured those would be pretty manageable.

10 leagues

5 $$$ redrafts

1 $$ Dynasty

4 redraft with some friends online, no $$ just bragging rights & trophies.

I'm in 3 money leagues and 1 free league

League 1: $75 10 team redraft entering our 10th year. This is my first league and I just wind up going back every year. I'm one of 4 of the 10 original owners left.

League 2: $50 10 team redraft entering our 8th year. We just converted back to a redraft from a keeper league. We also made significant scoring and lineup changes. Prior to this year, this league had grown stale for me. The change back to a straight redraft league has renewed my interest.

League 3: $50 10 team auction/keeper league. We are entering our 3rd year. 6 of 10 owners in this league are also in league 2. This league is my favorite league and the one I most want to win.

League 4: Free yahoo IDP league. This will be our 2nd year.

Most of the owners in all 4 leagues are people I work with, or used to work with.

8 leagues, $20-$100 each ... I dont participate in any free leagues ... it just seems they are all for at least a little money.

One.

Unless you're just in it for the money and you think you can make money by playing fantasy football, I really don't see why you'd want to be in more than one.

Pateince now

2 live re-draft

6 online redraft leagues

4 Auction Leagues (one with IDP)

4 Draftmaster Style Leagues

2 Survivor Leagues

4 Dynasty Leagues

3 Keeper Leagues

1 Satellite League

1 FREE league won at another site

1 $20 MYFFTOC

1 $250 FFTOC

and

WCOFF (Atlantic City)

Guess that adds up to 30 Whew - I just love football - stagger the drafts and all is well. I started with 2 leagues about 13 years ago and it just grew and grew - I have been telling the wife 26 - forgot I added a few more! :football:

19 but that doesn't include the ones that I just draft and don't have to manage, such as Survivor, MBSL, etc. I keep telling myself every year I'm going to cut back and someone I love competing against comes calling with a new one. One of these years I'll get it down to 10 or less. But in my defense I will say that I never have nor will tank a team. I remain competitive until the very end. :football:

i dont like being in more than one. way more intense when everyone is focusing 100% on one league. plus i hate having the "well i hope chad johnson does good cause i have him in this league but not too good cause im playing the guy who has him in this league"

One.Unless you're just in it for the money and you think you can make money by playing fantasy football, I really don't see why you'd want to be in more than one.
Some people have more than 11 friends.

I'm normally in 2 or 3 local $$ leagues, and add up to 10 on-line free leagues (yahoo, etc.) and 1 or 2 less expensive on-lines.

I've got 5 so far this year, but haven't added any of the free on-lines yet.

With four kids, a wife, and long work hours, I'm not sure I could really handle more then 10 or so, but probably would if I could.

What happened to your league on Fanball?? :lmao:

Looks like 8-10 $ leagues again for me this year. Like others have mentioned my goal was more like 5-6 but situations pop up/friends call, etc.

Let's see 3-4 redrafts (1 of them local live), 2 or 3 auctions (1 redraft blind auction draft via email/1 keeper/maybe 1 Phenom redraft auction), Phenoms Omega, and a couple keeper leagues (1 live local draft new kpr this yr).

Managing 8-10 for waivers, etc hasn't been too much of a problem but I spend some late nights each week.

Wife & 2 kids / work isn't too too bad since up here in frozen tundra things slow down just when NFL season heats up.

Weren't you in over 100 a couple of years ago?I'm in one local redraft (18th year) & one Zealots dynasty league, plus SSLIV here. That's enough for me.
