I post my least favorite commercials here (3 Viewers)

The All State Brad Car commercial.

That chick had 2 boyfriends and 3 jobs in 4 years? Probably had something to do with giving her car a name.

I'm really sick of the Visa Don Ovan commercial. It just offends on so many levels. First, what kind of dudes play a men's league soccer game and not know who Landon Donovan is. Second, how did this jackass coach not know who he was till that moment even though he ordered him a jersey. Again with the coach, how are the jerseys $40 a piece for a mens league? And how did you not collect the money up front?  Then hattrick Rick slapping the ball. How is he the best player?

I'm sure there's more to hate from it but it's on so much lately that I've had time to micro analyze it.

Talking Honey Nut Cheerios bee

The Nissan one where the guy and girl lock eyes and then flashbacks reveal that both of them have always been special unique snowflakes and then at the end they approach each other in slow motion

Progressive Flo family camping trip

Every Liberty Mutual commercial that shows the Statue of Liberty inaccurately close in the background

The one with the "that didn't suck, in fact I liked it" song

The Skittles commercial with Steven Tyler

I never understood the Nissan commercial.

The worst Liberty Mutual commercial is with the couple where the husband clips the food truck.  "My perfect driving record doesn't get me anything!"  It did while it was perfect you moron, you had nice low premiums.  Now that your insurance company knows you're too big of a moron to avoid clipping one of the biggest vehicles on the road, you're going to have to pay a little more for your insurance.

there is a more recent liberty mutual, I think with a light black couple, maybe husband and wife......something bizarre to me here is that the 'wife' appears to have monstrous cans that are extremely low hanging.  it appears that her massive boobs are like stomach high.  with the phony statue of liberty, the visual is very weird.

autotrader 'lifetime to figure it out' commercials.  it's a car for crissakes.  and the chick, is she a waitress, a chef, an owner?  checking her phone at work for a car?  I am completely dumbfounded, cause it's a car.  is she moving for a car?  to escape a bad car relationship?

OMG... I totally noticed that too!  Freakish!

I love them heavy hangers

The Land Rover commercials with the idiots having their wedding in the rain need to go away.

Similarly with the McDonalds commercial where the dad puts the food in the newlyweds' limo. Nothing says I love you like hours old, cold McDonalds grub.

The Buick commercials. Did you check the Buick, Did you lock the Buick, I'm in the Buick. . . . .people don't talk like that we call it a car.

So now we're going to criticize commercials when people don't talk like they do in real life?  Looks like every commercial ever made has just been nominated.

Don't get me wrong, though, the Buick commercials are horrendous.

I have a lot of time on my hands, so I decided to sign up for taking a lot of surveys and getting a few sheckles for it.

Yesterday I took a survey for Cadillac (they don't say so but it becomes obvious in most surveys) and they were testing tv add ideas.  Three of the four commercials barely showed the car and each focused on some stupid tech aspect of the car - THAT YOU CAN GET ON YOUR $100 USED SMART PHONE!!!!

1)  "Oh it looks like rain" - yeah, they accessed the weather forecast THROUGH THE DASHBOARD screen and decided to stay in the car and relax.  (how ####### stupid is that)

2)  "Guy in passenger seat has a tear streaming down his cheek" - because he was watching a movie on his mobile device ...IN THE CAR!!!

3)  "They get there on time!" - why?  They accessed a traffic report THROUGH THE DASHBOARD and went an alternate route!

Whatever ad agency thought these up should be fired, along with the ad vp .  If these ever get on air, don't blame me.  ####### idiots.

I find it pretty annoying, which in turn makes it one of my least favorite commercials, so I posted my feelings here

i'll take a link
http://www.e-rewards.com/

Bad reviews and lots of rip-off surveys where they have you fill out 20 minutes of stuff then tell you don't qualify and then get like 25 cents credit ...which equals about 1/3 of that in real dollars credit.  There are plenty that are fine though.

I do it to kill time while watching tv and regular surfing.  If anyone knows of better survey sites I'd switch in a second.

Not to hijack, but this sounded like a good idea.  But, e-rewards is by invite only now?  WTF?

I used to be a big survey/market research taker a few years ago...e-rewards was OK, seemed like best rewards were Airline/Hotel points.  I was probably a member to 20 different panels and used to do them while bored at work.  it was tedious but I probably did make a few hundred bucks a year doing it and got some cool products to try from time to time.  the Market Research panels are the way to go as some of them can pay hundreds for a few hours of your time....20/20 research is a good one for that

I think I wiped all the other links from my browser but i'll look at home to see if any are still there for the good ones.  I think slickdeals may have a survey subforum too that may have good info on it

After sitting through the last couple rounds of the NBA playoffs, the current commercials high on my annoyance list are the NBA 360 commercial (due to its massive amount of airtime) and the LeBron Kia commercials (right LeBron, you drive a Kia).

If you spend 30 minutes on either CNBC or Bloomberg, you'll run into this horrible Interactive Brokers ad with a soulless cougar and her dumb boy toy eating dinner at some fancy restaurant, except they can't eat yet because Russia took out a NATO plane and she needs to make some hedging trades first!

Horrible acting, terrible premise, and English subtitles for a commercial that's already in English. I hate this piece of crap so much.

Interactive Brokers awfulness
Holy crap that's almost an SNL ad.

I love the stupidity in the Liberty Mutual ads. It's like the people have no idea how insurance works. "So you pay for insurance and then get drunk and drive into a tree . . . and they want to raise your rates (exaggerated who-farted look) I mean one little tree!"

The most disingenuous ones are the ones that complain about not getting enough insurance money to get a newer car.  Then they imply this is some sort of deception by the "regular" insurance companies.  Then comes the tag line "for those with new car replacement coverage..."  Ah, I see, you need to pay for this enhanced feature to get what Liberty offers that the other guys are screwing you on, but it doesn't come standard.  I wonder how many people sign up for Liberty and don't realize they needed to pay for this extra feature but find out too late?

DQ still has their $5 Buck Lunch.

When accounting for redundancy that means it's a Five Dollar Buck Lunch.

What's a Buck Lunch? Venison? That'd be awesome, actually.
