The Washington Post has an article about how 3/4 of the Beatles (no Paul) showed up to a fundraiser for the defense of Daniel Ellsberg (who died recently), organized by Barbra Streisand, in 1973. It was the first time since the breakup that three Beatles appeared in public together.

No, I'm re-reading the thread. And finding posts that I darn well should have liked the first time around and didn't, for whatever reason. So, I'm righting wrongs (Binky: wronging rights). I miss this thread. Maybe it's time for a re-do of this one like we did the Beatles one.

My wife was up in Liverpool for Taylor Swift concert and made sure to take pics for me outside the Cavern Club.

I ended up joining up with my wife (flew out with my son) to London afterwards. I’m still in London for one more day — still need to try to hit Abbey Road.

Love it!!! I went for the first time last year and practically cried from happiness. Did you go to the Beatles Museum across the street? Started/owned by Roag Best and incredibly cool.

I was there this week for work and there was basically no time for sightseeing unfortunately. Only managed to get over to the Cavern Club at 10:30pm after a work dinner. I thought it would be a total tourist trap, and I guess it was to some extent, but they had live music and a great crowd. Super cool place.
