LOL at Michael Irvin.
probably will happen this off season cuzAbsurd.Just go away Manning. You are done. They should just cut you.
Worse yet, the Broncos might not even make the playoffs.I think we can all see where this is headed: Brock Osweiler is going to start the playoff game, he's going to be mediocre, the Broncos are going to be trailing by 10+ in the 4th quarter, Kubiak is going to put Manning in there as a desperation move, and then Manning will throw a pick-6 to finish off his career.
There will be no storybook ending.
I could see Kubiak pulling the same move in Week 17. Broncos trailing in the 4th quarter, playoff spot in the line, Kubiak puts a rusty Manning into the game, and Manning proceeds to throw the game away.Worse yet, the Broncos might not even make the playoffs.I think we can all see where this is headed: Brock Osweiler is going to start the playoff game, he's going to be mediocre, the Broncos are going to be trailing by 10+ in the 4th quarter, Kubiak is going to put Manning in there as a desperation move, and then Manning will throw a pick-6 to finish off his career.

Actually, Kubiak said that the workout went "good". Which shows how dumb he is.Faust said:
Is it illegal when you are injured and not playing/getting tested? This probably deserves it's own thread, but I'll put it in here for discussion. New documentary supposedly links Peyton to HGH. I'm not surprised, but it's coming out.

Yes. Even injured and recently retired players are subject to testing. Is it illegal when you are injured and not playing/getting tested? This probably deserves it's own thread, but I'll put it in here for discussion. Um the thread is 20 pages longIf this was Brady, the thread would already be 20 pages long.
No it isn't. Have someone who actually read the article explain it to you.Sweep it under the rug and retire without playing another down is the only way out now.

It's entirely possible she could have taken it for some reason entirely outside the realm of traditional medicine. Some people inject toxin into their faces to stave off wrinkles. If you thought HGH could slow the aging process, taking it wouldn't be any weirder than that really...HGH doesn't get prescribed for many things, so either you believe she happened to have one of those things or there might be fire behind that smoke.
Whoa, almost snarfed my coffee there! No way any normal human gets that forehead without unusual growth hormones. The evidence is right there!
I already asterisk the passing numbers. As far as I'm concerned, Favre did it in a way harder era for passers. So Manning's stat compiling was aided by rules changes. There is a reason guys like Cousins are routinely putting up 300+ per game and 4 TDs. It isn't luck.I hope it turns out to be false. Otherwise my fear is that Manning would just be the tip of the iceberg, and we hit this MLB-esque slide into the reality that everyone is using HGH and the "asterisk" record talk and HOF snubs ensue.
Wasn't that Roger Clemens defense? It was all his wife?Manning's people admit that Mannings wife received HGH but say it was for her and the reasons won't be disclosed.

Personally I don't really care if he was using it, I assume many (most?) top athletes use something
or at least a thread with PED in the titleIf this was Brady, the thread would already be 20 pages long.

I don't understand this. Why do you need Manning to be in the wrong? How does it make you feel better? So is it confirmed that his wife was getting HGH or not? Because if that part of the story is still true, I wouldn't be surprised if Peyton was pulling a Rafael Palmeiro.
What are you talking about? What makes you think that I want Peyton "to be in the wrong"?I don't understand this. Why do you need Manning to be in the wrong? I think it would be more of a story if the kid who made the statement hadn't already retracted it and said he made it up.So how is FBG opinion running here? Do people believe Peyton or not?
I believe you do from what you've posted. If you want to deny that, okay. I don't know and will never know. I think its more plausible that he didn't, but I will never know for sure. I was curious why you need him to be dirty. What need does it fulfill for you? What are you talking about? What makes you think that I want Peyton "to be in the wrong"?I don't understand this.
