I started off hating the cast. Thought they were the worst kinds of people on Earth. But now I'm starting to think that these kids are allright..- I'm hoping Pauly D and The Situation find true love- I'm hoping Snookie never gets punched in the face again- I'm hoping JWOW gets back with her boyfriend- I'm hoping Vinny never gets pink eye again- I'm hoping Ronnie has a career in MMA- I'm hoping Sammy never gets traumatized againAm I alone on this?

Snookie and possibly Sammy and the only two characters on this show that aren't likable. Everybody else I'd enjoy having a beer with.

I would like to see you and JWOW hook up.

Is there any way you can make this happen?

The Situation was the first to win over me and Mrs. Funke- the only one we liked after the first episode was Vinny, and we assumed we'd hate everyone else. But now we're big Pauly D fans, too. We were totally prepared to hate the guy, but now we're rooting for him. He even handled that d-bag in the bar with class. Seems like a good guy. Plus he tears it up on the ones and twos.Sammi:

My wife was telling me that the Jersey Shore "stars" are getting pretty good paychecks for showing up on shows and other events. I think Snookie got 10K for going on an MTV show. And The Situation is booked solid through March.

Mike is such a doosh. Granted, I think he's hilarious and great for TV but anyone that thinks Cblocking aka "committing the robbery" on your friends while they're in the bathroom is cool is definitely someone you don't want to spend much time with. Pauly,Ronnie and Vinny are good guys. The Sitch is the most self centered and weak DB I've seen in a while. Not to mention, the dude walks like a pigeon.

I'm sure that when they set out to cast this show, they wanted to keep the cast a bit younger. But when they came accross the situation (27) and Paulie D (29 )they couldnt resist

A 10? Oof.She's in good (not great) shape and isnt afraid to show some skin, but her face is ROUGH.

I just love looking at the outfits she comes up with. The plaid shirt last night was I have never seen anyone dress like that in my life and I hit a lot of clubs in my day. Poor Snooki, it's gotta be tough being a girl and not being able to give it away.

Pauly D is my favorite character without question. He manages to stay generally neutral between all the drama, handles himself pretty well, and is hilarious.

I'm sure they have 100s of hours of footage. If they were smart, they'd release a box set with another season of footage tacked on. This is the type of house they should've casted for that Big Brother BS. I tried to watch Real World the other night thinking I'd get back in the groove due to NJ Shore. turned it off after 10 minutes. Jersey Shore surpassed my wildest expectations and I had many as I proposed a similar show when I first visited Belmar and Seaside Heights back in 1999. Coming from Texas, it was a culture shock. I wanted to film a National Geographic type documentary documenting the guido species. Unfortunately, no producers/financiers would bite.

Great idea. We also need the :makeitrain: icon where the face spreads love with dollars. We need these two emoticons. It can't be that hard to design but I know little about the process in implementing this. One of you FFA vets propose a poll or something and the top ones gets added.

She is such a tramp.

She's the female version of the Situation. Tries her best to get someone to have sex with her yet fails every time. Except her failures are worse since a woman should be able to find a guy to have sex with her any night of the week if she wants.

So I was talking with my buddy the other day about this, and we agreed that it is a guarantee that The Situation gets his own pseudo-reality show out of this because he is just so awesome and obviously MTV loves him.

We debated what the best idea would be - here were the best (although not really original) ideas we came up with:

1) Situation of Love / For the Love of The Situation / The Equation - basically a retread of the bachellor/Tila Tequila/Ray J/New York/etc format but with The Situation. He makes the girls do stupid stuff to prove they want to be "In the Equation". His diary comments would be priceless.

2) Couldn't think of a clever title, but The Situation helps some normal guys who are unlucky at love by giving them the gym/tan/laundry makover and teaching them some classic Situation moves to then be used on trashy girls at a club at the end of the episode. Bonus points for bringing completely drunk girls home and then failing to seal the deal.

I would watch/rewatch either of these for sure.

Great idea fellas. Am I right in thinking the FBG contingent would be rooting on the NJ cast? I'm so sick of the cliques on the show (rookies v. vets schtick is done, son). I'd love to see Ronnie The Pigmy Rhino destroy someone. JWOWW! would smother those girls. I'm fairly certain The Situation would perform poorly in competitions. He may be ripped and stuff but he's not athletic and pretty much an all around p*****.Snookie v. the little blonde girl that they keep around b/c she's not a threat would be interesting as well.
