Joe> I'd like to buy Footballguys.com (1 Viewer)

Guys I heard the subscriber contest will still go on but Otis is in talks to bring on the guy who makes T shirts with plans for all contest prizes to be paid out in custom T shirts.

Careful what you wish for...

Best Otis play since he made the entire first page poker threads on some off season Saturday morning.

I approve this idea

Can we all pitch in?

I think if I told the ladies that I'm a 1% owner of Footballguys, the panties are guaranteed to drop.

The ffa word count carries the site. They wouldn't be on the first 100 pages of Google without it.

I feel like Joe is to this place what Old Testament God was to humanity.

He created it, he took an active interest in it, and from time-to-time would speak directly to its residents and even take actions to influence things that happened here.

Then, as time went by, he would engage only through carefully selected emissaries, and even then on very rare occasions.

Today, it feels like he's gone away completely and many people doubt he ever existed at all. Most who once shared a meaningful connection with him know he still exists but don't believe he takes an interest in our daily affairs. But a faithful few keep faith that he is out there and will one day return, bringing with him the hopes of a great season for all.

That's pretty spot on. Joe is the mayor, he's busy doing mayoral things.

This is way overdue. I remember when Joe actually showed up in the FFA a few times a day and banned a couple dozen just for giggles. This forum is a shell of its former self. A change of direction is needed.

Oh he's here. You just need to figure out which aliases he uses. Probably has a few to keep himself entertained. Might even be you.

This was fantastic.

Only behind this if I'm designated the all powerful one of the Test Forum.. You do that and you have my vote
Updates

You forgot that Amnesiback Leroy Shurbanbrong won the seventh Epic Gladiatorial Challenge to determine Test Forum leadership by running over Tick with a chariot.
Didn't forget.. Just trumped him with my magical Owned the Test Forum before card and struck down Amnesiback with a bolt of Test Forum Lightning.. :hifive:

I'm going to presume that Otis has gone silent and Joe has not been heard from because negotiations are heating up. I believe Otis would be overlooking obvious value here if he did not demand the I.P. addresses of past banned posters. He just might want to extend an olive branch to some of our more notorious past members to return if he owns the site. Lots of potential value there.

Why in the #### would you even attempt to make another analogy here?
