Justin Hunter the next big thing? (1 Viewer)

another good game, 4 receptions, 100+ yards & 1 TD.

has to be Hunter and Wright as primary WRs in 2014... Hunter has the physical tools and elite athleticism to be the top WR.

Will it be WR1 and WR 2, or 1A and 1B?

It will be interesting to see what they do with Locker.

I saw a report earlier today on rotoworld that suggested they won't be picking up lockers option and that they could be looking at Jay Cutler... I like it

I think, given the accuracy issues and injury concerns, Tennessee should move on from Locker, but what better options are available?

Both Wright and Hunter have top 20 potential but will be limited by Locker.

Getting rid of him would be the best move

He's sure starting to look like it.

As I said earlier, he seems to have a really high catch-to-highlight reel play ratio. I don't know the science behind that, but it would seem like a good thing. For a guy who really only has a handful of catches on the season he has made numerous eye-popping plays.

I have seen enough to convince me that Hunter is a top 20 WR next year, assuming average QB play and health.

And his 57 yd reception was down at the 1 - so his stat line should have looked even better

Thanks, nice catch. :) Hunter has top 10 ability with upside, IMO.

Maybe not in 2014, might take a few years. An ascendant WR with star potential.

Funny how there haven't been many soft cracks from roto rooter lately.

Wonder if they ever issue official retractions, like we used to be off, now we are on the bandwagon? :)

Bears have already said that they are more than willing to use the Tag on Cutler
Phil Emery actually commented he is against using the tag on cutler next year. It would cost them approximately 16.4 million for a one year tag on a qb. Maybe GMspeak......

I would love to see cutty in Tennessee. He owns a house in Nashville.

I was thinking that I saw Emory say that the Tag wasn't at all appealing to him.

Emery did insinuate that the Bears would not use a franchise tag on Cutler...they'll either sign him to a long-term deal or let him walk.

Cutler would be a great fit in TEN. Definitely would bode well for Hunter's productivity in 2014 and beyond.

all he said was he wasn't interested in tagging cutler just to have him play for a year -- he'd want to leverage that into a longer term deal
