Make or Break: Julius Jones (1 Viewer)

Each year there are certain players that entail a calculated risk that I feel can make or break your season. I see JJ @RB14 as a make or break player.

We all know a Parcells feature RB can quite the fantasy stud. But is JJ that stud? If JJ lives up to his situational potential, he would be a huge steal at his current ADP. If he lives up to what he's done so far, you could be scrambling to recover from that mistake all season.

What say you?

I have him well below RB 14

I didn't vote here.

He's a big risk. Very high upside, and very high downside.

Upside, he stays healthy and is featured all season... he could post over 1600 yards rushing, 300 recieving, and about 12 or so TDs.

Downside, he gets dinged and shares time with Barber and posts something like 700 rushing, 100 recieving, and about 4 or so TDs.

As of today, I don't know what we'll get from him. If I've got a solid RB 1, like Alexander, LT, or Larry, I'd be very happy with him as a #2. But, if I'm picking a little later, I'd take a WR over him. There is a ton of risk from about RB12 and on this year, and it might be a good year to take a Holt or CJ instead.

Julie is very delicate. If he plays a full season..who knows? That is a big if though.

Plus MBIII will be the goal line RB.

I am losing faith in Julius day by day. Parcell's tried to trade the guy on draft day and then he kind of blasted the guy on the radio Friday. Really has to effect where people are going to draft him.......maybe he will have a really good training camp.

If by "below #14" you mean "worse than #14" and not "a lower number than #14", then I am have him "below". Otherwise, I have him "above".

Whichever one means I don't like him this season, that's the one I vote.

I took Julius with the 10th pick in my dynasty last year......could be worse, a guy took kevin jones #4 overall in the same dynasty....hindsight is 20/20

News to me.....I read every PC from Parcells and I also read almost everything from the beat writers. If you can produce a link...I'll eat crow. I love when people think they know stuff and post as fact, when in reality it is
