NBA BTTF VI Draft - DONE! Regular Season OVAH. Commence trade talk and six month wait for WIS rosters (1 Viewer)

well damn, looks like some of the good guys went in between picks. @Niles Standish went over some guys yesterday, hoping we aren't getting suckered here but we will grab at 5.11 the guy who will be getting crazy assist passing to Davis and Cousins all day, Rajon Rondo

looks like @Gr00vus and @jomar are up next

ETA: see the mention of teams with the players. Hoping Rondo is on the Pelicans

Oh Boy. Go 76ers?

Let it not be said that I am risk averse.

@jomar - do the nasty (also PM sent)

Something to be said for the synchronicity of listing Rondo like this now:

Rajon Rondo - PG - NO

ERIC GORDON  SG  HOU

#12 SG in the SIM last year.  Don't think his numbers will change much at all with Paul added.  should get 30 mpg, over 3 3pters per game.  whats not to like?

@Slapdashis up

PG - Kemba

SG - Eric Gordon

SF - Aaron Gordon

PF - Marquese Chriss

C - Deandre Jordan

looks like another playoff team, my 6th in 6 years!!!!  who else can say that?!  NO-BODY!!!!

PG - Jeff Teague

SG - Malcom Brogdon

SF - TJ Warren

PF - Enes Kanter

C   - Karl Anthony-Towns

Pretty pleased overall - seems to cover some weaknesses I had last year and nice balance between floor, consistency and upside.

Helps to anchor the C position early, while adding some threes and assists from the spot. Less cobble to cobble.

Warren my biggest swing man - get it?  GET IT???   Seriously, if he can stay healthy and on the floor could be a huge plus at that spot in the context of the other guys.

and meh and question mark as Enes is, should get 18-20 mpg of pretty good minute for minute production from the SIM.

Currently sitting with:

PG - Goran Dragic

SG - D'Angelo Russell

SF - Brandon Ingram

PF - Dewayne Dedmon

C - Hassan Whiteside

Really happy with the base of Whiteside/Dragic to build around.  Ended up spending too much money on Russell, but it didn't really affect things too much.  Need Ingram to take a step forward this year, but I think he can.  Dedmon is in a good spot to put up numbers and get big minutes.

Shocked that neither Larry nor Mo took him.
i'm not sure his value this year. with SImmons playing point, Bayliss coming back, and a hard time sitting TJ the minutes will be short at PG. He may play some SG behind Reddick, but he hasn't looked that great in camp so far.

He's a total question mark in my mind, but with 34 picks from now until my next one, I figure I'd swing for the fences and hope I connect instead of taking one of the more steady/safe guys who should be going in the next couple of rounds. I'm ready to ride the snake.

PG George Hill

SG Austin Rivers

SF Carmelo Anthony

PF Anthony Davis

C Steven Adams

I have no idea how that team will do.  Might have one too many his Usage guys.

Was debating Gordon and Curry, but Gordon's injury history scared me away. MINUTES!! are so darn valuable.

I need a nice homer pick to have somebody to root for...

5.18 Jamal Murray G Nuggets

A bit of a reach, but he should be the starting PG and could be much improved this year.

@JMon348

On the road for the next hour and out of pocket most of the rest of the night.  If you need to send a list, send it to @Koya or @Sammy3469 or check for takers in the thread.

Of course I'll be on the clock when I have to simultaneously call into a meeting and pick up my son from school.

You got 5 minutes X!
