NBA BTTF VI Draft - DONE! Regular Season OVAH. Commence trade talk and six month wait for WIS rosters (1 Viewer)

JAMAL CRAWFORD  SG  MIN

Surprised this year's 6th Man of the Year is still available.  should get 20+ mpg with his usual production, which was good for SG27 last year.  sounds like a good backup to me and he should get PG eligibility again too.

@Slapdashis up

Kemba - Derrick Rose - Jamal Crawford

Eric Gordon - Norman Powell - Jamal Crawford

Aaron Gordon - Bojan Bodganovic - Norman Powell

Marquese Chriss - Aaron Gordon - Jonathan Isaac

Deandre Jordan - Zach Randolph

look shooting fish in a barrel.  This is going to be too easy.  my team is so good, it cured@Chemical X of AIDS

How much money did you have left after the auction?  Like $80 or so?

actually, I loved this team and thought championship, but then realized you drafted bojan bogdanovich not bogdan bogdanovich.  now it seems like a tire fire.

PG - Goran Dragic, Tim Frazier

SG - D'Angelo Russell, Donovan Mitchell

SF - Brandon Ingram, Rudy Gay, Justise Winslow

PF - Dewayne Dedmon, Thon Maker

C - Hassan Whiteside, Jarrett Allen

11.15: Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, Houston apparently
Dammit... just got him onto my list. Solid defensively.  Should get 15-20 MPG.

That's it.  But a nice minutes guy that won't hurt you (just have actual players around him that can, you know, do stuff).  He was left off my squad last year, but got 22+ mpg, so a nice insurance policy

Noel - BOBAN - Mahinmi
Cousins - Dirk - the Dragon
Butler - the good Bogdanovich
Josh Richardson
Lin - Lou Williams
exit the dragan........this feam reminds me of titantic, the movie.  you'll watch it all and enjoy, then remember it sinks at the end.  I suggest you find a backup for lin for when he misses his 50 games.

how did someone track down my cell #?  impressive.

don't mind, just curious.  was the FBG database hacked and all of my personal info released?

I think you gave it to me a few years ago.  Was going to PM you after the kerfuffle yesterday to get your cell to avoid it happening again and looked in my phone and already had it!

Had he not have to serve a 12 game suspension would have gone with him over Davis. But between losing 15% of the season, likelihood of limited minutes AND likelihood of injury went a little "safer" (with a guy just coming off shoulder surgery :oldunsure:  )

That said I'd have been glad to get him as he was in the final grouping I had of limited but productive minutes with Koufas, Davis and Noah.

I really liked the idea of Noah's zero scoring and mad assists though for a certain lineup opportunity (though that can be tough to micro- manage in the sim)
I don't really know how to manage the lineups, but if he replicates what he did last year with his defense rating, assists and rebounding, plugging that in for 10-12 minutes per game feels like it can be useful.

I can't imagine he gets to 820 minutes......he is never healthy and now has 2 better players ahead of him.  what was phil thinking?

For @Slapdash via text...

11.14 - Davis Bertans, PF, SA
I read a lot of nice things about this guy while researching King Joffrey, so I looked him up on B-R... 4.4 rebounds per 36 :X

He would be the worst rebounder on my team, behind the point guards even. Great TS% though and he should get minutes.

100% SG eligible last year, because WIS.

Unless they do a big time overhaul with new ownership by next season, you basically have control of who is your starting 5 (which comes in at end of game and key moments) and bulk minutes of each player at position.

So, for my team it might be something like this (starters/end of game listed first)

PG: Teague 32 | Brogdon 16

SG: Brogdon 12 | Barton 26 |  Warren 10

SF: Beasley 15  | Warren 10 | Labissiere 10 | Casspi 13

PF: Kanter 10 | Labissiere 12 | Davis | 16  | Mozgov 10

C:   KAT 32 | Kanter 10 | Mozgov 6

There are some tricks you can do to varying effect to maximize or minimize players going with or not going with other players, but it's mostly control the guys for your starts and key times in a game, and then dole out minutes.  Personally, Id love to see something more like baseball (where you have left handed lineups, right handed lineups etc), were you could maybe do 3 or 4 sets... Starters, 2nd Unit, Defensive Unit, Offensive Unit

You have NO one under 4.4 rebounds per 36? I aimed to go rebounding strong, and even my two points are at 4 a pop.

My all rebound team (projections, rounded, per 36)

PG: Teague 4

SG: Beasley 8

SF: Labissier 10

PF: Kanter 12

C  : KAT 12

That's probably my best scoring team too... but lacks assists from the SG spot (though Barton comes in at 6rpg projected, not bad)

I didn't at the time. Now I have Delon Wright who was 3.9 last year (4.5 for his career though). Lowry is 4.6 and I'm great on the boards at SG with Harden and Tyreke.

Going for another solid per minute producer, which is nice to have at the end of your sim bench.

11.21 - John Henson, C Mil

Too bad Kidd doesn't like him. Maybe he'll get traded somewhere.

Was a toss-up between he and Jarrett Allen for my pick.  Went with Allen's upside.
