Need help setting up webcam for 3 draft locations (1 Viewer)

Our league members were once all in the same location and now have moved to different parts of the county. We try to meet up in 2-3 locations and draft live. We are going to try to have webcams in 3 locations this year and need a software that will allow all locations to see each other. If we only had 2 locations we could use msn or aol messenger but you cannot connect 3 chats to 1 cam.

What are my options to allow all 3 locations to view each locations webcams.

Doesn't Skype have this as well?

Skype is the popular choice for video conferencing it seems. I'm not sure why, but it leads me to believe they're doing something right (then again this is the same thinking that has people going to ESPN for fantasy advice).
