Last year's cut was 162.10 to give perspective.... Brutal...Sitting at 135.75 here.
That week, Foster had 26.3 and was on 90+% of rosters... hopefully that drove the cutline higher.Signed,A guy with 115.5 after the 1 o'clock games, with a max of about 165 if Lynch, Wallace, and Graham put up 60 points.
Lynch did his job (and Celek pitched in too). Now at 139.9 with Wallace (3.5) and Graham (11.1) to go. 40 points from them gets me to 165...

I knew my end was near. I have 137 with Jacobs, P Thomas, Brown, Manningham, Henderson left. Not real optimistic.

This is it for me 137.4. Lowest scoring receiver has 4.4, 2nd lowest has 8.5. I have Manningham, McCluster, and Antonio Brown. Still have Jimmy graham (-8.4) and Isaac Redman (-9.8). Just can't see getting enough to make a cut of 160 (at least).
There is ALWAYS hope.Signed,Guy With 139.8 :scared:

Right now, I'm sitting at 160.25 with Jimmy Graham (-4.3) and Pierre Thomas (-8.2) still to go. It looks like this squad has a good shot of moving forward provided that Graham puts together a good game, but still nervous.

Oh, Brady and Welker really saved my bacon this week. They gave me a fighting chance anyways.

165.95 with L. Moore and Antonio Brown (both -6.5) and Suisham (-13). Have a chance to reach the 170 I figured was needed to survive.

Errr...looks like my "29 healthy out of 30 roster spots" roster may not make the cut this week. I've got 128.9 with:

Pierre Thomas (-6.3)

Lance Moore (-4.5)

Shawn Suisham and Lawrence Tynes (-13.0)

I figure at best, I land in the 140's, and I don't think that's gonna do it.

Sitting at 159.25 (may thanks to Brady and Wells!)... Think I'm about flamed out though... Have McCluster (-6.9) and that's it. Please don't come for me Turk... :scared:

My team is toast. Been coasting well ahead of the cut line the past month with a consistent 165-170+ point range.

Right now I'm sitting at 120.5 with Wallace, Brown, Redman and Thomas outstanding.

It was a fun ride while it lasted. Learned a lot that should help me go further next season.

Hope I can squeak by (now at 157.05 live). There's a sporting chance I could be the only Brady/ADP entry left after this week. :scared:

With the Thursday games, crazy (low) scoring, not by popularly rostered guys...I'd be shocked if your score didn't put you through to next week.

and done at 159.25... OC, gotta run that cutline as I am curious as heck to see if I even have a chance!!! :football:

It's running right now, it will show up when it's done... Should be in 30-45 mins FYI.
My God...OC. Can't you patch some flash drive gigobyte jukebox driver to it to make it spit out 143.25 as the projected cutoff in like 2 minutes? I can't stand the suspense

lol... It's on a virtual server out in cyberspace, so I only get the horsepower I can afford. Sucks that it takes so long, but it is what it is...

Thanks for your efforts, man. Great stuff you contribute to this thread.

NP. So, just an update, it's still running the total tallies for all the teams and we're only about halfway through it. I'd guess it will post the cutoff around 1am. Sorry :( I know the anticipation for a lot of people must be killing you.. I'm thinking about ways I can improve this process next year. (like have all the heavy lifting happen on a more powerful computer locally or something)

It's all good OC! Maybe we can pry some of DD's knowledge on how he ran the percentile based on projections leading up to Sunday. That was always a big hit in this thread. Pretty cool if we could bring that back somehow. Of course all subjective on whether or not I can actually make it to next week at this point. Tell those gerbils to row faster!!! ;)

Hmmm.. big money guys were rather weak this week (at least the one's on my squad were)

[*]$31 Calvin ==> 14.9 pts (123 owners)

[*]$27 Brady ==> 38.75 pts (98 owners)

[*]$25 SJax ==> 9.3 pts (141 owners)

[*]$25 VJax ==> 4.5 pts (367 owners)

[*]$16 Moss ==> 6.9 pts (93 owners)

[*]$16 Wells ==> 28.80 pts (353 owners)

Outside of Brady and Wells, my big money guys tanked.

Unless the line changes, the current cut is 139.9 with 151.1 and Eli (-19.9) I have a legit shot if not a pretty good one I think.

Relieved to see the cut at 139.9.

I'm at 134.5 with just Nicks (-5.9) to go. Nicks isn't heavily owned, so if he can go off and the rest of the game isn't high-scoring, I might just have a chance...

Sitting at 151 with Pierre Thomas, Lance Moore, and Mario Manningham. Could improve a bit if any of them goes for 10+ tonight. Will be sweating it out but I'm glad to see the cut isn't already over 150 as I'd feared it might be.

Now at 145.8 with Lance Moore -10 and Jimmy Graham -8.2. I know they are widely owned, but they will still move my score more than the cutline. I hope.

:unsure:

What are the chances the 139.9 cut line jumps up by 20 points to 160 or so? I would think that there would have to be alot of guys outscoring their projections tonight.

If everyone scores exactly what Dodds has them projected to score tonight, the cut line would move up to 145.40. Obviously every player won't score exactly what Dodds has them projected to score, so take it with a grain of salt.

In the clubhouse watching with 148.75.

Don't really deserve to move on as Brady, Wells and Janikowski scored 95.65 of my 148.75 (64%).

I have it set up now where I can enter in any scores I want for the Saints and Giants players tonight and it will recalculate the cutoff on the fly.

So far I've only used it for selfish purposes, and I think my entry is safe. I put in zeros for Lance Moore, Pierre Thomas, and Mario Manningham, and very high scores for every other player going tonight, and the cut line only moved up to about 152. So I think no matter what happens I'll be ok.

Of the 1002 teams left, 176 are already done for the week (i.e. they have no Saints or Giants on their roster). 68 of them are under the current cutline and therefore have already been eliminated.

These are the counts of how many live rosters own each player in tonight's game:

Player Name CountLance Moore 279Pierre Thomas 271Jimmy Graham 246Mario Manningham 220New Orleans Saints 118Brandon Jacobs 68Lawrence Tynes 65Mark Ingram 47Devery Henderson 46Hakeem Nicks 36New York Giants 24Ahmad Bradshaw 21Darren Sproles 18David Thomas 18Eli Manning 17Robert Meachem 14Drew Brees 12Marques Colston 5Travis Beckum 5Garrett Hartley 1Jerrel Jernigan 1
The guys at the top of the list have the potential to move the cut line a relatively significant amount. On the other hand, guys at the bottom aren't going to move the cut more than half a point or so. So if you're hovering near the cut line and don't have players left, it's ok if Brees throws 6 TDs to Colston tonight because the cut line will barely budge. You just don't want those guys at the top to have good nights, beacuse those are the guys that could move the cut into the mid-150s or higher.

What happens to the line if everyone gets high scores? Just being nosy.
It depends how realistic we want to be and how high we pick the scores. If I give Brees and Eli 50 points each, and everyone else 20 points (which is not at all realistic), the cut moves up to 159.15. So if you have 160+ at this point, I'd say you're safely on to next week.

My team picked the wrong week to put up it's worst score of the year. I'll need Jacobs/Bradshaw (he's out right?) to put up 34 points -.9/7.8 to get to 150. Oof.

Bradshaw is out tonight.From the blogger...New York Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) did not participate in practice Saturday, Nov. 26, and has been ruled out for Week 12.Our view: Without Bradshaw in the lineup we'll see Brandon Jacobs get the start. Perhaps we'll also see a few touches for rookie Da'Rel Scott on Monday night against the Saints.Link to story
