The good news is that David Wilson has finally counted for my team. The bad news, he had 3.5 today. :bag:

138.45 with McGahee (-2.4) going tomorrow.

120 w/ Gates (-6.3) and Prater (-5) to go. Even fi I make it through, next week I depend on Bilal Powell and Evan Royster as my only non-bye and non-injured RBs. So I'll be done then anyway.

Hate to tell ya, but Powell dislocated his shoulder today. He's almost surely out next week, and probably beyond.

I've got a feeling the cut line is going up by more than it usually does from one game. There are 158 teams that have both Nelson and Rodgers. Another 768 have

Nelson without Rodgers. Another 1007 have Rodgers without Nelson.

We'll see what the cut line is after tonight's game.

Sitting at 65 at halftime of the 1pm games. Will add anything Flacco, T. Smith, CJ, and Allen do in the second half plus all of Foster and Ridley and Wilson/Royal/Chandler at flex. Not great, but I'm expecting a cut in the 120's this week.
Wow 120's cut off? Great week to have byes. i Had a great week thanks to Jordy, finishing at 169. Adding the $4 Ryan Tannehill at the last minute also netted me 20 as Locker and Cam are the other 2 QBs. Having guys like Taiwan Jones, Evan Royster, Justin Blackmon and Ogletree on the bench has not helped since week 1. Will likely be my downfall later.

Wow if the cut is >130 I might be in trouble at 114 with James Jones (-6.00 ABrown) and Eddie Royal (-6.80 Turbin) to increase. Got a shot to break 130 but this was ugly for my Ryan/Luck/Locker QB trio especially.
I have Ryan/Luck/Locker also, but thankfully, I handcuffed Locker with Hasselbeck. I think with Jones' help tonight I may last another week!

Should be fine this week, but I can't take any credit for it. I had 2 RBs dress and play this week, and each scored 11. That's just dumb luck anyway you slice it.

Taiwan has been hurt and inactive, he should start putting up some numbers going forward.

Taiwan is definitely one of those players that could start contributing to contest teams at a very opportune time.

Sitting at 141.1 with a big shout out to Josh Freeman, who finally put up a score that was worthy of his spot.

Still have Eddie Royal (-3.9) and Gates (-10.0). Feeling good about moving on.

Finished with 136.25; that second Jones TD probably put me over the top. [i hope]. Sounds like I'm in better shape than most for week 7, (two top QBs, all RBs, three of top four WRs not on bye) but I'll be missing Tony Gonzalez; he and Lynch remain my only every-week scorers.

I know. And his score is still locked in for me this week. But he and Royster are the only ones with even a chance to play. Thats how dire my RB situation is.

It's going to take a miracle....may the football gods make up for my poor choices and bad luck.

I'm going to name my next child Jordy (and I hate that name) if I make it to the finals....without him, I'm packing my bags week 6. The football gods have answered...is it too much to ask for 10 more points? Sitting at 130.5 with Prater (-0) and Dreesen (-3.5). I'm on the verge of surviving my suicide week with Brees as my only QB. :hifive: to Lhucks

So Quiz...do you have a cut off estimate or where it stands right now? Jordy Nelson got my hopes up....but the Turk is Lurking.
Cutoff currently 109 so 120ish is likely. Sitting at 181 with prayer set to go -8 .... And I didn't have Rodgers or any of his receivers tonight. Welcome back Hernandez (landed as flex) and big thanks to my WR corps of green / Harvin / Tampa mike... Kyle Rudolph at TE continues to be stellar as well. My RBs are looking to be a problem with bush/Martin playing tonight....

I'm sitting at 153.2 right now. Nobody of note going in tomorrow night's game.

VERY happy to have James Jones on my squad. Jennings can stay out of action for as long as he likes.

 At 183.3 with no one tomorrow. The Cobb/Jones combo has counted for me for the last three weeks. I'd like to see Jennings back in time for the OTAs.

No Brees and an injured Cassel had me sweating things out. Still not out of the woods with 129.5 with McGahee (-3.10) but like the estimated cut line so far.

In pretty much the same boat as you with 121 and McGahee and the broncos defense left. Same QB combo with Brees and Cassel. You only really think you're going to need Cassell for 1 week, this one, and he's not available. Tough to take a zero at qb and move on....No Brees, Cassell, Benson, Taiwon Jones, Lance Moore, Amendola, Massaquoi, and Jimmy graham. Ouch. Need to the cut line under 135 to most likely have a shot at surviving this....

At 140 thanks to Jordy Nelson. All I need is a few points from Manning (-0 with Cutler on bye) tonight to seal the deal (also have Prater, but he's not out scoring Hanson). If I get past this week, I'll be in good shape since the bulk of my major bye weeks will be gone.

Also, if there's a player that's providing more bang for the buck than Jason Hanson, I'd like to know. A $3 investment and he's consistantly scoring 15+ a week.

Jumped up to 173 thanks to Jordy Nelson. Tony Gonzalez has counted all weeks for me. Wes Welker all but 1 week and Jordy Nelson, all but two weeks.

On the flip side, have only used Quizz Rodgers, Titus Young, Jermichael Finley once each.

I have used the following players ZERO times: Beanie Wells (will he be fresh later?), Jonathan Dwyer, Nate Kaeding and the Detroit Lions.

My surprise is that I have used the Bills defense 4 times.

Have only lost C Benson and N Kaeding to injury so far this year.

Cut line currently at 126.95.

I'm at 129.95, with Eric Decker and Eddie Royal (-3.5 and -5.6). It's going to be close but I'm staying optimistic.

I'm feeling less optimistic about my team's long term chances though. I'm hoping the cut lines are very low the next two weeks or I'll probably be out with some key players out on bye.

Same. Put up a big number this week(194.9 + R. Brown -2.70) but long term this team still has issues. It is odd how some years it seems like my team is strong but somehow is out early and other years my team seems weak but just keeps hanging around.

I'm in the same boat tonight. At 130.25 with Decker (-3.9), Denver D (-5), and Gates (-18). Cautiously optimistic. I think the fact that Decker is by far the most commonly owned player playing tonight helps us. If I get through tonight I'll have most of my key byes done with though

Yeah, I've felt pretty good about my team until the last week or two. Concerns for me:QB: I never thought I'd be thinking this, but I'm really hoping Stafford can hold his own on Tannehill's bye week.

RB: Ray Rice is money but he's out in week 8. If Demarco Murray misses time that's bad news for me. The rest of my RB corps is David Wilson (bust), Rashard Mendenhall (hurt?), Cedric Benson (hurt), and Evan Royster (bust). Earlier in the year I felt good about pairing my two workhorse backs with this pool of cheap guys, but I'm getting thin at this position quickly. If Murray and Mendenhall injuries aren't serious I'll feel better.

WR: My cheaper guys haven't done anything really to this point. My top 4 of Torrey Smith, Eric Decker, Reggie Wayne, and Michael Crabtree have been good, but one of those four is on bye for each of the next three weeks so unless my cheap guys pull a good week or two out of nowhere (which is entirely possible and the reason I take cheap WRs to begin with), I'm looking thin here as well.

TE: Jimmy Graham, Tony Gonzalez, and Martellus Bennett - this position was looking like a huge strength for me earlier in the year, but Bennett hasn't done anything the last few weeks, Graham disappeared last week, and Gonzo's on bye next week so I'm not as confident here. Hoping Graham returns to stud form and Bennett can grab a few TDs over the next few weeks.

K and D: I've gotten pretty good production out of both positions every week, but I only have two of each and neither of my D's is past their bye yet, so there's always a chance to get hit with some low scores here.

I'm through this week with 174.25 and Gates (-8.3) to go.

Next week could be a big test.

QB - Vick on bye, so I will take a zero if Locker doesn't play. He may, and I'll be happy with 10 pts here.

RB - Finally have FJax back and McFadden put up some #'s, but I have NO ONE else with Benson hurt, Wilson not really showing up and Taiwan Jones not playing. I will be counting on my top 2, but this week was my best RB production to date.

WR - this group is carrying my squad and no one is on bye. Only missing Amendola due to injury. Marshall, Harvin, Torrey Smith, Wayne, Cobb, Blackmon & Wright...everyone but Blackmon has contributed. This group will have to put up numbers for me to move on in week 7.

TE - Gates on a bye, so only Pettigrew who is coming off of his lowest week this year.

PK - 3 guys playing, like the production so far from Hanson, Bironas & Medlock

TD - 2 teams with KCC on bye. This group has disappointed with double digits only 2 out of 5 weeks. Hoping for a good week from SEA or BUF.

I could see Locker either out or ineffective, one of my 2 RB's getting shut down, Pettigrew not having a good game, none of WR's blowing up and average games out of my K & D. If any or all of that happens, I will be hurting next week.

My average pts per week by position:

QB - 27.03

RB1 - 17.37

RB2 - 10.02

WR1 - 31.00 :pickle:

WR2 - 22.72

WR3 - 19.33 :)

TE - 12.92

Flex - 14.13 ;)

K - 14.67 :excited:

James Jones says "Hi". Also a $3 player. The past 3 weeks...Week 4 = 22.60Week 5 = 20.60Week 6 = 18.30Hanson did manage to beat him this week, though. I've got both of those guys. They're my all-stars.

I forget who runs the sim for the final cut based on Dodds numbers for the Monday Nite players, but that would be a nice addition to the thread. I'm sitting at 131.3 plus Royal.

I really like this format to assess my team.QB -- 24.77 (the 4.40 I had last week is really pulling that down)RB1 -- 18.83RB2 -- 13.72WR1 -- 26.68WR2 -- 19.32WR3 -- 14.15TE -- 21.00Flex -- 14.13PK -- 15.5TD -- 10.33
