**Official 2014 MLB Regular Season-All over but the shouting (3 Viewers)

I like the ball throw-back switcheroo. It's the mark of a well-prepared fan, and I think the gesture itself should be taken in the good humor it's intended. Any true baseball fan wants to keep that ball. I could see if the ball-throwback was a gesture of genuine hatred, but it's not. It's supposed to be fun.

Cleveland is very heavy in the left handed hitters dept. Their season stats as L are .263/.336/.414 and third in OPS at .750.

Dickerson, Brantley, Murphy, Ramirez (both), Kipnis, Chisenhall, and Santana (both) all can bat left. Not only that, he goes up against Kluber. Let's really see how valuable McCarthy is as a Yankee after that game.
Cleveland's first game in NY sees them hit .324/.381/.405 scoring as many runs as Detroit did in their entire four game series.Tomorrow, we see McCarthy actually open as a slight (word usage for Long Ball Larry) favorite with a 50.2% win probability.
how did nuno do in his last start vs a weak hitting kc team?
Are you talking about the team with the highest away batting average in the league? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
lmfao at using AWAY batting average. How about 20th in the majors in OPS vs lefties. Youre a ####in disaster. Please leave the thread.
:lmao: great call on the Royals being weak. Takes notes: whenever shady says something, do the OPPOSITE

youre a genius donkey derp

Yeah, Reinsdorf wants a lockout. #### that ####. Werner's also (somewhat predictably) flip-flopped on rev sharing, going from SD to Boston. I mean I guess all owners are self-interested.

Wolff voted for Werner, apparently because he's an ally of Reinsdorf (ugh) and he thought Werner would do a better job of growing the game, but I haven't read anything on where either would come down on the BAL/WAS or SF/OAK disputes.

Just spent a really boring evening watching the Royals and the Twins, but my lord Target Field is amazing. You Minnesota folk are fortunate to have that place.

Just got on the train from the game. The team is very uninteresting and terrible, but yes, the stadium is really nice and good fun.

That train is awesome too. Wish we had that back home. But damn was it packed going to the game.

if I knew you were here Cappy we could have gotten drunk and hugged out our past differences.
Yea I didn't even think to post about it. In for some work stuff for a few days. Nice area you have. Really impressed. The people are so ridiculously nice here too. Some 95-year-old lady could tell I was lost and walked me to the train pickup. I told her that in florida somebody would have just told me to get bent. No humidity here either.

Florida really sucks. I gotta get the F out of there.

Me and my buddy went Wrigley a couple weeks back and agreed our next stadium stop is Minnesota. Maybe do Milwaukee on same trip
