Would it absolutely KILL someone to just admit "Hey I overreacted about Bradford in the first half. He ended up looking good, accurate, and was a huge reason we were even in the game". You asked for 250 and 2 and he did better. Just for once give him a little credit here, he was definitely not the reason we lost that game if you look at his game as a whole. These drops are killing him, our drives, and our record. We should have the NFL drops lead by a big margin now after this week and most of those are inexcusable drops.
.
Really?? I try and not get involved but this is too much.
I'm convinced it's just about you being right. He was ####### BRUTAL in the first half that people openly wondered when Sanchez was coming in. NO, he wasn't even close to good enough today.Fine you're right. Bradford was a machine.
Funny he tried to place his insecurities on me. Egos are generally fragile, hence the outbursts. Not worth paying any mind man
Yet you still continue to choose to discuss it. If Bradford had led us to a game winning drive in the end, or had a great game and we lost, would you EVER come in here and say "I was wrong, Bradford was great". Thing is, you're the one with the problem who is unable to ever say they were wrong.
Meh. I said that I'd like to see the whole field to judge Bradford in the first half, but felt like he had adequate time on most of his drop-backs. Washington was getting decent pressure, but it was rarely IMMEDIATE except on a couple of blitzes, and even those were not well designed/hidden blitzes (IE: Sam should have seen them coming). It felt like he was holding the ball too long and going down when he could have thrown it away at the very least. That said, he didn't force anything and throw a dumb pick.
He showed his natural talent in the second half with some gorgeous passes deeper downfield...but he also had wide open players and a clean pocket as he did so. Pretty as those throws were, that's the absolute least we should expect from him...and it's not enough to lead this team deep into the playoffs.
He has tremendous natural talent, and it's quite possible he's still shaking off some rust...but right now he doesn't look like much of an improvement on Foles. Foles has a lot of fight and heart...I haven't seen that from Bradford just yet. While it's probably too soon to throw dirt on Bradford, the early returns are not inspiring much confidence.
