Oof, Chucky Todd says that Clinton had a stronger substantive debate.  Not good news for Republican partisans (if any are even left at this point).

According to the polls more and more people dislike him every day. Those people are voters.

I thought it was the best of his performances but like you say most people have made up their minds (and more in favour of Hillary if polls are believed) so he needed to win the undecided/moderate/centrists in the middle and I think his one statement of not respecting the election process will be the story from this (it already is) and will prevent him from doing that.

 
And I don't think this was Trump's best debate, because what everyone is going to remember is his refusal to commit to accept the results of the election.

Next, when the voters reject Trump in a landslide, you'll claim it was rigged.   Clever.

Parent/teacher conferences and Senior night tonight at my daughter's school so I missed this, but let me guess:

The Left thinks HRC won this handily

Trump supporters think he crushed her, 

Did I miss anything? 

 
I used to work with a guy who was sure that Obama would declare Marshall law at the end of his term and stay in office.

He had his guns ready just in case. 

I wonder how many Americans would now prefer this versus either of these two candidates taking office?

Obama did get the four more years chant when he visited CDN parliament a few months ago...

It's "false equivalence," not "false equivalency."  As such a huge practitioner of it I would think you would at least get the term right.  Weird!

Yeah, At least here, no Trump supporter thinks he crushed her.

 
I hate to say it, but Trump is getting better at debates. Tonight he actually seemed prepared to discuss the issues. He still said a lot of things that are just wrong (sometimes to the point of being ridiculous), but will the bulk of the viewing audience know it?

Hillary was the same as she always is. (I do approve of her sending people to Google instead of to her own website.)

Trump was better than he had been in the first two debates. I won't say that he won, but unlike in the other debates, he made it close enough that reasonable arguments can be made in either direction -- at least in terms of style. In content, he is still playing only to his base rather than to independents, which is a losing strategy at this point for his electoral chances (though it may be a good strategy for his prospects as an alt-right media mogul).
