According to Ed Kracz The Eagles received two trade offers for Zach Ertz before he went on IR from GB and BAL before sending him to IR
BG has really had his best year ever so far. Great time because we needed him.Brandon Graham is tied for 3rd in the NFL in sacks with 6. Aaron Donald leads the league with 9
No. Being a former cowboy aside, he's cooked. Hasn't played a meaningful game in 3 years. No idea what shape he's in. We already have that on the team in Alshon.I know we got some guys coming back and let the young guys play but should we have been involved for Dez Bryant? I know he's had issues over the years but it looks like he's matured and would give us a veteran with experience on a cheap deal teach these young WRs a thing or two.

Peters and Baker both got ejected after that and the Eagles went on to win a close game.if i was a Cowboys' fan, this is the kind of play i would be most sad about missing from the team:

Wouldn't matter for this week. He's not coming in and starting with no practice.so count me in as one of the nervous one's who is worried with the upcoming trade deadline. Makes almost too much sense for the Cowpokes to go after Fitzpatrick, and that guy knows how to destroy Shwartz defense. I figure Fitz would be a had for a 3rd, probably 4th round pick
I'm NoidstradamusWoulda been nice if the Dodgers are Champs woulda been premature...oh well.
And a 3rd for Fitz seems high. That would be a good thing for you guys.Wouldn't matter for this week. He's not coming in and starting with no practice.
Shouldn’t frustrate anyone at this point.Doug's presser today where he wouldn't say whether Peters would be at tackle or guard when he comes back (which could be as early as this week), followed by Wentz's presser where he effusively praised Peters for his skills as a Left Tackle, seem to indicate we're going down a frustrating road...
OL for on-air drill: LT Peters, LG Herbig, C Kelce, RG Pryor, RT Mailata.
on paper this looks like the best oline we've had all year even with the concerns with Peters. wish they would have left Mailata on the left though, like many of you mentioned over the last couple weeks i thought he was developing well there. Will be the 8th different OL to start the season if this holds up.OL for on-air drill: LT Peters, LG Herbig, C Kelce, RG Pryor, RT Mailata.
You would think, but this could instead wind up being Joe Webb game 2.0!Eagles 34
Cowboys 13
This is going to be an ugly game. Ben Dinuci doesn't even have a picture on Madden. That's all you need to know.
Haha man. I have seen this Cowboys/Quitter team before a few times in my life. This is one of those teams. They know too, that's why they are cutting/trading guys at this point. You would think, but this could instead wind up being Joe Webb game 2.0!
Funny, I was thinking the complete opposite. Peters is cooked at LT. Would rather leave Mailata at LT, Peters at RG and put Pryor at RT with help. Unless there's a better RT option right now, I honestly can't remember who's healthy.on paper this looks like the best oline we've had all year even with the concerns with Peters. wish they would have left Mailata on the left though, like many of you mentioned over the last couple weeks i thought he was developing well there.
At least he's in the lineup. I wonder if Lane was healthy, would he have stayed in over JP. Maybe he's the more versatile player right now to be able to move over.on paper this looks like the best oline we've had all year even with the concerns with Peters. wish they would have left Mailata on the left though, like many of you mentioned over the last couple weeks i thought he was developing well there.
that's always the comp I fear whenever I heard about rando's starting against us...You would think, but this could instead wind up being Joe Webb game 2.0!
Was just coming here to post something similar. Way too much talk about how we just smash and I don’t think we’re looking at the same team.On paper we should win by 20 easily. That scares me.
Agreed there. But some things are built to be smashed at the same time. We crush em. Easiest win of the season.Bigboy10182000 said:Was just coming here to post something similar. Way too much talk about how we just smash and I don’t think we’re looking at the same team.
I don’t think we are built to smash anyone ATM
No HULK SMASH?Bigboy10182000 said:Was just coming here to post something similar. Way too much talk about how we just smash and I don’t think we’re looking at the same team.

Not buying it. We're a bad team too. Yea - they suck. So do we.Insein said:On paper we should win by 20 easily. That scares me.
not sure how this is eagles related lolnice get for SEA for this price Per Schefty
Compensation update: Seahawks are sending OL B.J. Finney and a 7th-round pick to the Bengals in exchange for DE Carlos Dunlap, per source.
It's a more realistic comparison than we think:babydemon90 said:that's always the comp I fear whenever I heard about rando's starting against us...You would think, but this could instead wind up being Joe Webb game 2.0!

Tempted to pound the Eagles -8.5 honestlyBigboy10182000 said:Was just coming here to post something similar. Way too much talk about how we just smash and I don’t think we’re looking at the same team.

That seems very logical. Something the Eagles have never been. Even our Super Bowl win was with a backup QB and half the team injured.Tempted to pound the Eagles -8.5 honestly
I don’t think Dallas could win this week with Dalton. I don’t see how they don’t get blown out with DiNucci
it's too much. Cowboys aren't going to be as bad as they looked. The line has swung so much... people are pounding the Eagles. I think we opened at -4.5 and we are up to -9.5 on some books. That's nuts.
Oline is the worst in the leagueit's too much. Cowboys aren't going to be as bad as they looked.

Such a crazy phenomenon that the Dallas-Philly weeks of the last few years have become the friendliest our fans have been to each other.Oline is the worst in the league. They may not score
Possible playoff opponent related? I'm trying to be optimistic here come on.....not sure how this is eagles related lol
But wouldn't that trade hurt the Eagles if the 2 teams met in the playoffs? What is there to be optimistic about lol?Possible playoff opponent related? I'm trying to be optimistic here come on.....![]()
Forget it. he's rolling. But wouldn't that trade hurt the Eagles if the 2 teams met in the playoffs? What is there to be optimistic about lol?
We made the playoffs? But wouldn't that trade hurt the Eagles if the 2 teams met in the playoffs? What is there to be optimistic about lol?
Please, sir, allow me to admit that my team sucketh.Such a crazy phenomenon that the Dallas-Philly weeks of the last few years have become the friendliest our fans have been to each other.
Doug is terrible with the press. Always has been. I still like him as a coach (aside from play calling), but I do question how much control he actually has on this team. And by that I mean owner/GM overriding his decisions. From the offensive coaches he said were staying then getting fired the next day, to moves like this.I’m about done with Doug. This answer reads like it’s from a moron. Nelson was TRASH when benched and Mailata has arguably played better than Peters. But yeah, he has to take a step back to see the big picture. Unreal
