***Official Big Brother Thread*** No Spoilers Starts 7/6 (2 Viewers)

I am so torn. I want Paul to win because nobody else deserves it after how he has played them so badly.

But I really want him to lose because his true colors have come out lately.

Josh is very strange. It wouldn't take much to out Paul and turn the house against him. They would all realize he has been playing them. Yet he doesn't.

Josh gonna try to backdoor Paul?  He needs to stop talking to Xmas about it and talk to Alex/Kevin.
would he even have the votes to do so?

Paul going from crying to laughing was pretty awesome, these people are idiots.   The fake fight with Josh last Thursday was pretty brilliant though.

Kevin would do it, I think.
Yeah, it would be Kevin or Alex as the other vote depending on who comes off the block.   It would take Josh to have a smart articulate conversation with Alex about game strategy to get her to vote against Paul, so possible but very unlikely.

Paul's put himself in position to win the last several competitions, though. I assume either he or Alex will win POV, and if he takes out Alex he'll be able to win HOH next week, then compete in the final HOH that everyone left gets to compete in - against Josh/Christmas, Kevin/Josh, or Kevin/Christmas depending on who wins POV that week.  If he manages to make it past this week, I don't see how he can lose for anything but jury bitterness.

Right, the time is now or odds skyrocket for Paul.  Josh won't be able to get Xmas to go against Paul (he's her ticket to the final 3), so if POV is used he has to get who is pulled off and then Josh will break the tie.

Paul aligned himself with the one legged woman and a total mental headcase puppet.  Brilliant.  Sure, he was aligned with everyone at one point and controlling the entire show, but his final 3 with these two seemed the most logical for him as he should steamroll.  Now that Kevin has come this far as a non factor...Paul could bring him to the final 3 if he wanted with say Josh, but will probably stay loyal to his group.  Somehow Paul and Xmas have been able to keep Josh in line.

Not for Josh. It makes Josh look horrible.....he knows that.....yet still does nothing about it.

I realize it's all with the editing but come on Josh/Xmas/Alex/Kevin/previous players before they were given the boot..... wake up and smell the BS that Paul is saying and playing.  I think for many of us loyal viewers of this show, we can't believe how dumb the others are on how much Paul has control of the house.  How often do we have to hear Kevin and Alex say ... "well I trust Paul"??

I'm not sure if it would be easier for Josh to sway Kevin or Alex to vote Paul off if Kevin/Alex/Josh win the POV.  If I was Josh, I'd say to Kevin/Alex, if I win POV and I take you off, will you vote for Paul to be evicted?  I would like to think that would be a good and fair deal for either to say yes.........but...

But what is Josh going to beat Alex AND Paul in?

The look he had when Paul went from crying to instantly smiling was priceless.   "It's like I just saw the Devil"
When Josh's eyes were buggin out when Paul's fake crying turned into a maniacal smile, I said to my wife, 'he looks like he saw the devil'.

And sure enough... :lmao:

This year is so awful because it is so predictable.  They are letting Paul just steamroll them.
The only thing that could make this season awesome is for Kevin to win the veto, send home Josh, then beat Paul and Christmas in the final HoH, send home Paul, and beat Christmas because everyone thought he was playing a super shady genius game behind the scenes/under the radar when he was really just clueless.

I might not stop laughing about that until next season starts.

I don't get it.  Paul tells Alex sorry but I'm not going to use the POV on you and you are dead to me because you might beat me at the end......blah....blah....BUT THEN HE VOTES OFF KEVIN????

I was shocked that Alex's little speech before they were going to vote didn't give Paul's game away / throw him under the bus

Please make this happen!

he did that to put more blood on Joshs hands.  Id be pissed if i were josh.

If Paul wins the POV, doesn't he take Kevin off figuring he has a better chance at beating Kevin and Christmas?  In addition, I honestly can't see Paul winning it all.  The jury is very bitter towards him.  I'm not sure he has one vote...

I don't see Josh having a lot of votes either with the way he's acted this season.  I think Paul is going to be able to plead his case pretty good to the jury (he's going to have too), he always has last year to fall back on why he acted the way he did.   I think they will come around to realize its their fault for not getting him out months ago.

Remember, this week it is all about POV.  Whoever isn't on the block is the only vote.

If Kevin wins POV - Josh and Christmas on the block.  Who does Kevin vote out? hint - whoever Paul tells him to.
If Christmas wins POV - Josh and Kevin on the block, Kevin voted out.
If Josh wins POV - Christmas and Kevin on the block, Kevin voted out.

The only way Kevin wins is if he wins POV, votes out Christmas, and somehow he and Josh are the final two.

Final two:
Paul v Kevin or Josh - Paul wins.
Christmas v Kevin or Josh - Christmas wins.
Paul v Christmas - could be an interesting vote.

The only way this is an interesting vote is if the jury is so bitter towards Paul. Christmas did absolutely nothing to even be considered for the win.

Kevin won't keep Josh after that blowup they had.

Believe Mark said Josh was a good guy on exit interview, Jason knows Paul was playing him and Alex so that's possibly 3 votes.  Elena might join Mark.  Cody is no vote.

Mark is gonna say that about anyone he is so nice, I don't think he would give him a vote. He would say the same thing about Paul being a great guy. Paul will explain to Jason and Alex he had to pick a side and he wasn't going to pick a losing side again like he did last year.  I could see Cody voting for Paul over Josh, he had a bunch of problems with both of them, cody could just blame the rest of the idiots for keeping him around.

I never get why no one threatens them about what they will do in jury.  I know if I was in jury and I wanted to make sure someone didn't win I would wait until after all the questions were answered and then start spouting whatever kinds of info or lies I think it would take to sway other jurors to think my way.

There are a lot of strange (lack of) strategies this year that don't make sense.  Like this week, why wouldn't Josh/Christmas try to probe more about why Paul dropping Alex was such a big deal?  Hey Alex, did you have some kind of deal with Paul?   Same thing that was weird with Raven - didn't seem like anyone tried to figure out why she wasn't made at Paul.

Although this makes for a boring season, I'm impressed with the way Paul was able to orchestrate this and pull it off.  I'll chalk some of it up to the HGs being easily manipulated; but Paul did a nice job of covering his tracks all season.

I speculate the jury would rank the rest like this, (but I've been wrong every season):

Paul

Christmas

Josh

Kevin
