I get that - I just think Paul would've been more likely to pass on them and then convince someone else to nominate them the next week and waste their HOH. He's all about having other people do his dirty work. I know that at some point you HAVE to call them out on it or you're just giving them a free ride...It's not so much Paul choosing to work with them as it is him not wanting to miss the chance to eliminate someone he wants.Maybe, but what he did completely isolated Jessica/Cody. I'm not sure that finding other targets, possibly changing his numbers, and giving Jessica/Cody a footing to perpetuate "we're untouchable, work with us" would have benefited him. Until someone bites the bullet, everyone else is in the "ok, if not Jess/Cody then who do I put up?" group and is fully at the mercy of the next HOH. With how good Cody seems to be at challenges, that seems pretty risky for 4 weeks.
Like who? It's more useful to get that power used than it is getting rid of Elena or Mark.Hindsight...we'll never know. I'm just saying that if I were Jessica, I'd have told Paul exactly what the stipulations were. Him knowing at least improved your chances of him not nominating you if he had other targets.
He is so under the radar right now I can't help but think he is going to get a long run on the show. All the chatter is about everyone but him and I think he is a good player. He is good because he doesn't know how to play. What about him?
Kevin will probably have to do something in these comps though to be respectable when it comes to getting votes to win.Kevin is a frontrunner. I don't know anyone who doesn't think he'll go far. He's on everyone's good side but gotta think it's gonna bite him soon but there's so many other high profile targets that he's getting away with it for now.
Still hate Paul with a passion. I totally get Cody's immediate disdain for him.
perfect description of Cody! I'm not sure what exactly that house does to him, when he got the boot last time and was talking to Julie he seemed like a different dude (like normal), but him in that house and around those people, he totally changes.Kevin will probably have to do something in these comps though to be respectable when it comes to getting votes to win.
Cody has disdain for everyone except for Jess. I don't know how a guy like that even wants to go on BB. He needs to be on one of those shows where he lives by himself in some remote place to see if he can survive, that or American Ninja Warrior but not on a show that requires talking to people.
Completely agree with everything. By the time Kevin does need to do something, because I agree he will eventually, there may not be many people left.Kevin is a frontrunner. Christmas did have a conversation with Josh about not letting Paul run the HOH this week. She is starting to create cracks in Paul's manipulation. It won't happen overnight.Completely agree with everything. By the time Kevin does need to do something, because I agree he will eventually, there may not be many people left.
I also can't stand Paul... and I also totally understand why Cody hates him so much.
If I were Cody I would be blatantly harassing people about how bad they follow Paul. I would walk up to every one of them and say... "So Alex... what is your strategy this week. Oh, wait, you better go ask Paul before you answer that question." "So Josh... how does it feel to be Paul's puppet". "So Matt and Mark... what is it like to have a showmance when you have to share your woman with Paul... or does Paul like the two of you better?" "Christmas, you are an awesome, strong, athletic woman that can think for yourself. It's sad for me to see you blindly following everything Paul says. Of all the competitors in this house, I would have thought you would do the thinking for yourself".
Eventually, as the herd thins, if Cody and Jess can stay in because Josh targets Elena, all they would have to do is pick up 1 or 2 more people and the tables could begin to turn. They are both good at comps. I am pulling for Cody all the way... with Kevin a close second.
Christmas is starting to play pretty good. If she leads the way on the Paul rebellion she'll be my new favorite.Christmas did have a conversation with Josh about not letting Paul run the HOH this week. She is starting to create cracks in Paul's manipulation. It won't happen overnight.
Yeah, I wish she wasn't hurt. But, that may have helped her in the long run.Christmas is starting to play pretty good. If she leads the way on the Paul rebellion she'll be my new favorite.
Yeah, he should make the final 3, mostly because people will think he can't win. He needs to hurry up and start winning some competitions or start taking a bigger role in trying to spearhead the strategy sessions or they will be right. He is so under the radar right now I can't help but think he is going to get a long run on the show. Truth. And whenever there's been someone who tries to mastermind the game so hard so early, it almost always blows up in their face. Wasn't there something with Frank a few seasons ago like this? It starts with whispers and then it's Paul's week to go pretty quickly.Christmas did have a conversation with Josh about not letting Paul run the HOH this week. She is starting to create cracks in Paul's manipulation. It won't happen overnight.
I know exactly what conversation you are talking about and in my mind I was thinking... finally. But you are correct, that is a tightrope of a path to walk and it will take time to develop. One wrong step and suddenly you are the target.Christmas did have a conversation with Josh about not letting Paul run the HOH this week. She is starting to create cracks in Paul's manipulation. I'd have told him that it was a special POV where I get to veto his nominations and replace them with my own and that no one, not even the HOH or traditional Veto winner, have immunity. I actually think BB had something similar, but not exactly like that, some seasons ago.Hindsight...we'll never know. I'm just saying that if I were Jessica, I'd have told Paul exactly what the stipulations were. Him knowing at least improved your chances of him not nominating you if he had other targets.
I don't think it would do much good, and its blatantly insulting to say that to people, this group won't buy into that and would just outcast you even more imo. (if someone else were to say it I could see, but not cody at this point)Completely agree with everything. By the time Kevin does need to do something, because I agree he will eventually, there may not be many people left.

Jeff was able to do this in the season that Jordan won. He took down both nominees and replaced them with his own. HOH and POV winner could not be nominated. He ended up sending Jessie (Mr. Pectacular) home.I'd have told him that it was a special POV where I get to veto his nominations and replace them with my own and that no one, not even the HOH or traditional Veto winner, have immunity. That might be too big of a story, but the HGs knew this was the last temptation (I think?) so I think most in the house would have bought in.
The things he says and does do not seem very well thought out. It's kind of like he is five years old but just living inside of a really big body.Zigg said:I think Josh has a mental disability.
He's also delusional. He's always doing incredibly stupid things then denies them ever happening 5 seconds later. The things he says and does do not seem very well thought out. It's kind of like he is five years old but just living inside of a really big body.

Yea the whole cue ball/pool game is a perfect example of that (along with a bunch of others). That's why it blew marks mind when it was happening, he didn't quite know what he was dealing with at that point. He's also delusional. I'm not sure "hijinks" is the right term for that. Not really a spoiler, just in house hijinks that won't probably be talked about on the show.
Several "Big Brother" competitors are claiming their butts are being violated by a fellow houseguest for weeks -- who's been captured on video jamming her fingers into various dumpers without consent.
The anal invader is Jessica Graf -- whose schtick is to approach unsuspecting houseguests from behind and surprise them with a deep oil check.
Graf has been recorded pulling the move on Paul and Matt -- who were upset about it and confronted Jessica. Problem is, she laughed it off as a joke.
Another female houseguest, Alex, claims Jessica pulled the same move on her -- poking her in the butt and the ######.
During a live feed from the house, Alex got emotional when describing the incidents to houseguest Josh -- and said it affected her because a family member had been raped and killed.

agree totally about Cody, and i'm guessing he will have his work cut out for him to try to keep that Jessica. i did feel little bad for her, but that was all on her to not even try to stay in the house. she somehow absorbed some of Cody's grumpiness. It is very clear Cody has NEVER been in a relationship with a woman. How many times is he going to use the term boyfriend. It is painful to watch. And josh is solidifying himself as the dumbest & most immature player ever. Elena proves once again how awful she us at comps, but no josh still wants her out before jess.
Enjoyable how Josh talks about his maturity, cries, then bangs on pots and pans. Even sadder watching Alex cheer him on.Didn't mean to quote you

was real creepy when Julie read the results and they had that Jess stare into Cody's eyes the whole time. Who the F would do that???
I feel good about sticking to my decision to stop watching - that guy was a lunatic and annoying as hell. I wish Mark would have beat his ###.Enjoyable how Josh talks about his maturity, cries, then bangs on pots and pans. Even sadder watching Alex cheer him on.
My wife told me flat out, "If I was in that house, I'd get kicked out because I'd smack him with a pan." His personality is geared exactly towards what would probably push me to that point too. I'm honestly impressed nobody has punched him...especially with the pans.I feel good about sticking to my decision to stop watching - that guy was a lunatic and annoying as hell. Tough call though, because if he wins it and you lose you're definitely on the block with no clear target.I'll be glad when these temptation things are done with, but for the last one everybody should agree to compete for it so they have a better chance of keeping angry brooding Cody from winning whatever it is.
Just because she wasn't JOSH'S target doesn't mean she wasn't still the house's target. Josh never quite got that distinction. Paul would never support a swing to Elena over Jessica, and the house would side with Paul before it would side with Josh. If he REALLY wanted Elena out, the only thing he could've done was not have Jessica up there.I loved the stupid shocked look on jess' face when she found out she wasn't even the target. But her & cody were so far up each others @@@@@@ they couldn't & didn't want to see it. Julie asked Cody question about jess leaving, he says he has no idea how he will go on without her. Really dude, you met her a month ago. Is he 12 years old? How did he ever get on this show. I really think he has some serious mental issues, so socially awkward.
True, but 10 against 1 is as good as it's gonna get from here on out. I'd think it would be worth the risk. If Cody won it, or the veto, it would be interesting to see how fast people started flipping on each other. It'll also be interesting if Alex puts him on the block or not, and tries to limit his chances for veto, then blindside him in the most obvious blindside ever.Tough call though, because if he wins it and you lose you're definitely on the block with no clear target.
If by on the fringe you mean in Pauls pocket, then yes. I bet she goes after Mark and Elana with hopes to backdoor Cody. Thinking its a lame week.My wife told me flat out, "If I was in that house, I'd get kicked out because I'd smack him with a pan." I'm kind of excited to see somebody a little more on the fringe get HOH...especially somebody who I think could make game moves....I don't think Alex will as it's too early, and she doesn't feel threatened, but I think at some point she'll be one to shake things up.
I was talking about this with the wife on Wednesday...I agree he's laying low socially and is in a great spot there, but I'm not convinced he's actually going to be that good in comps. He almost seems like an athletic guy without the smarts to figure out the strategy that works best for any given comp. I'm not convinced he'll be good at all at comps, even later. If by on the fringe you mean in Pauls pocket, then yes. I bet she goes after Mark and Elana with hopes to backdoor Cody. As lame as he is on the show, I think Matt has the best shot at winning this game. He hasn't won a comp yet has he? I like the "lay low and be friends with everyone" strategy. I think when he has too he'll compete in comps a bit better.
Totally agree. Watching Alex jump with excitement every time douce bag Josh starts banging pots and pans is disgusting. I may dislike Alex more than Paul.Enjoyable how Josh talks about his maturity, cries, then bangs on pots and pans. Even sadder watching Alex cheer him on.
Yeah, I'm not convinced he's any good at comps, but I'm not convinced he's not either. That might be part of his strategy.
