Maybe the new first lady can reach out a helping hand to him.  

Someone should tweet her this story of a poor innocent pigeon lover snared into the middle of  frenzied mob of anti welchers.

Well he was probably the second most abusive poster towards the supporters of President Trump, and he has a pigeon fetish. 

 
JFC guys.  Let it go.  Hopefully he comes back and makes amends. If not, it isn't like you lent him money.  #### man.  I don't exactly have a great history with CSTU and the whole Rams thing either.  The guy sounds like he has a tough life. Seriously, ease up.

This isn't like if GBOats, hell, me, got caught on the wrong side of this bet and didn't show up to pay.  Somebody that could afford it and loves to shoot his mouth off.

I think this is a valid response when talking about someone who is polite, kind and generally seems to be a good guy who tries not to ruffle feathers.

CSTU was the exact opposite of this.  He was arrogant, ignorant and condescending to anyone who did not believe in his specific thoughts.

On top of this, he went out of his way to publicly out some one who owed him money on this site posting the guys real name and asking for help running the guy down.

The irony of this is Melania Trumps first lady initiative is against cyber bullying. The person he degraded, mocked, and  despises is fighting for his rights and she's a Trump. A Trump standing up for Squistion it has to be pecking away at his heart.

This is where I was initially.  I genuinely thought* that CSTU would need a day or two and then come back and at least address the bet issue. But time for mourning has passed and, again, I think I can speak for the obligees that if he came back and at least tried to work something out since $2100 (sorry, $2200) is a lot of money for almost anybody, that they'd back off pretty reasonably.  Had that happened I'd totally agree with you that people are vastly overreaching here. 

But, three things, assuming to be true, make it hard to feel badly for CSTU: 

1. He's blasted Trump on here for not paying his taxes and for intimating that the election was rigged.  That right there sets up a ton of potential hypocrisy should cstu then refuse to either not pay and/or refuse to accept the results. 

2. He's bragged about being able to pay at least a significant portion (the $1400) of this bet should he lose.  

3.  Apparently, he has previously outed other(s) on this site for not paying.  

* Then again, I also genuinely thought there was no way all those people would vote for Trump.

Crazy.  See my above post.  As somebody who has had his personal life messed with due to people on this (and r:e:lated boards) taking things a step too far, I'm always critical of people trying to "out" other board members.  I also genuinely enjoy defending the outcast/underdog/downtrodden. 

But damn it's really tough to defend this guy at this point.

Not to pigeon-hole our first lady elect, but I hear this is because she took some cyber-ribbing over the last couple of years due to her public nudes.

as an outsider who is not owed any money, I think the people who look like they have been screwed over are showing remarkable restraint.  I have seen many of them be more than willing to work out a payment plan.  I think one guy was even to willing to even drop it if he just came back and admitted why he could not pay.

All the rest of the stuff in the thread is just funny fluff type stuff.
