BTW, before all of the current controversy surrounding Hogan, did anyone think it was odd that Hogan never appeared in the opening montage that rolls before every new video is loaded on the Network? Practically every major star in the company is shown EXCEPT Hogan. I always found that bizarre considering Hogan was their biggest star ever.

DJ Whoo Kid tweeted his thoughts:

nothing racist about that @HulkHogan 2012 interview I did. He was just explaining the usage of the Nword amongst his rapper friends and WWF

From what I am gathering Hogan said some racist stuff in the tapes the FBI had that Gawker was trying to get released,

http://www.poynter.org/news/mediawire/353919/fbi-confirms-existence-of-3-sex-tapes-in-hulk-hogan-lawsuit/

Last week, the FBI and the Executive Office of United States Attorneys were ordered by a court in Florida to turn over discs and documents requested by Gawker Media late last year as part of a Freedom of Information Act request. The FBI had previously withheld the records for a variety of reasons, citing concern for the privacy of Hogan and Clem and a desire to avoid interfering with a separate investigation being conducted by another agency.

The FBI and the Executive Office of United States Attorneys are now asking the court to reconsider its order to produce the records. In a motion filed Friday, the two agencies requested relief from the order or more time to review, redact and send the records before the June 26 deadline, which has already expired.

In that filing, the FBI included a statement from a records division employee who described the contents of three DVDs and two additional discs held by the agency that are responsive to Gawker Medias FOIA request. Each DVD contains recordings of Heather Clem and Hogan engaged in sexual relations, according to the statement. In addition, all three videos feature a third party who appears or is heard speaking off-camera, according to the statement. The other two discs contain audio recordings: One features an unidentified third-party discussing the Hogan case and the other contains a recording of an FBI special agent and multiple third parties.

After Gawker Media won its lawsuit against last week, the company said in a statement that the records from the FBI would shed light on the case:

The FBIs tapes and documents should help answer a number of questions relevant to Hulk Hogans lawsuit whether there are still more sex tapes out there, who was taping and why and who all knew about it. We always want to get to the bottom of every story, and now were a step closer to knowing the full truth here.

The FBI maintains in its motion for reconsideration that the release of the recordings could breach the privacy of the third party on the videos, whom Hogans legal team thinks is Bubba the Love Sponge Clem. Although Hogan and Heather Clem have signed court-ordered privacy release waivers relating to records held by the FBI, the third-parties in the video and audio recordings have not, according to the motion.

The FBI is requesting a 30-day extension to process and release the audio CDs, but expects to have some of the other discs delivered by Monday, according to the statement. The trial is scheduled to begin in St. Petersburg, Florida on July 6.

I mean Neville has great moves and he just doesn't paint myself. I have no faith that Balor becomes anything more than Sin Cara who is great with the kids and still a pre show match. If they don't book this right Balor will be Sin Cara either Sin Cara in a couple years. Balor would be perfect in cruiser weight division
WTF??

Sin Cara is great with kids?
He sells a ton of merch with his mask and WWE continues to roll him out in pre-shows etc. Now with the Lucha Dragon's. If you go to an event many of the kids have his mask. Before WWE had problems with him they tried pushing him a bunch and he just never got over. Obviously Balor is better but I have no faith in the WWE using him right. He won't even become close to being a John Cena. Like someone said, he's maybe a Daniel Bryan at best.

TMZ,

Hulk Hogan has mysteriously gone MIA from the WWE's website at the exact same time reports started swirling new audio of him throwing around the n-word is about to be released.

Hulk's image and name have been completely scrubbed from the WWE's main site ... as well as its Hall of Fame site -- but the n-word part of this story is complicated. Fact is ... Hogan's been recorded several times using the word ... and it's unclear which, if any, prompted the WWE to take action.

During a 2012 satellite radio interview ... he dropped the n-word repeatedly while discussing run-ins he'd had with Birdman, Lil Wayne and fellow wrestler Booker T. But that audio was widely publicized when it first came out ... so, seems unlikely that's it.

More likely ... it's tied to Hogan's current lawsuit over his sex tape. Audio of him using the n-word while discussing someone working with his daughter is reportedly going to be entered as evidence when the trial begins.

We've reached out to the WWE and Hulk ... no word back from either yet.

In Vince's warped mind, he made Hogan. In other words, Hogan just happened to be the star when Vince's vision came to fruition in the mid to late 80s. I think Vince will always think of Steve Austin as being their biggest star ever, with The Rock and John Cena 2a and 2b.

I did notice this and yes found it strange

Nice little Daniel Bryan interview on last week's Cheap Heat. Super refreshing as he tells you when he does and doesn't toe the company line. Made me really want to read his book.

His relationship with John Cena is pretty interesting. "We both are passionate about things, just not always the same things." "John is the smartest person I know. He will randomly text me about the latest Elon Musk thing." "I had to text John to get Vince's number."

Throwaway comment on Straight Shoot's This Week In Wrestling got me to thinking:

Would Cena vs. Undertaker at WM be a reasonable thought? You could build it up with mostly Cena talking, another Icon vs. Icon matchup. That leaves Lesnar to face Rollins "at the scene of the crime" or any other number of situations.

I always assumed it'd be Rock vs Brock at JerryMania. I think that is the biggest money match they can put together at this point.

I don't like that pairing as both guys are two of the biggest faces in the company, thus you are wasting the opportunity to develop two separate matches with those guys with traditional heels.

More importantly, Cena has already been established as the premiere star in the company for a decade. Putting him against Undertaker at WM gives him absolutely no rub at this point.

The Lesnar/Taker rubber match at WM makes too much sense for it not to happen.

I just know I want a Face Rollins vs. HHH.

Triple H at WM is almost a given, but I'm thinking a Rollins (heel) vs. Ambrose or Reigns could be even bigger draws potentially if they build it right.

IF Triple H isn't paired with Rollins, then who would he face? Maybe Kane in a retirement match? (Kane would do the favors, of course.)

 I don't know man, does anyone care about that at this point??

I'm not a Kane/Big Show hater as most people. Both of those guys have been putting in quality work for the last couple years. And Kane has enough legacy appeal to bring in the older Attitude era fans.

It's going to be Triple H-Rock one more time. Best rivalry of the attitude era, and Rock will get his final win. Pretty sure Triple H owned him back then.

WM is the perfect time for Ambrose to finally get his big win over Rollins. That's what should happen, of course it won't.

Halfway thru Raw...good show so far. Paige-Sasha was the best main roster women's match I've seen in a long time.

Cannot wait for Owens-Orton.

If you aren't on the John Cena is the best wrestler ever train by now, you're too late...The bandwagon is full.
I'll take ridiculous statements for $200 Alex! He wasn't the best wrestler in his own match last night.

Excellent Raw. 3-4 top notch matches, ridiculous Wyatt promo, eye candy. Good stuff.
Best Raw in months in my opinion.

*Ambrose/Big Show was probably the best match Show has had in a year. The rare match where both guys come out looking strong afterwards.

*Sasha/Paige was great, and could have been 10 times better, Paige is still pretty rusty at wrestling longer matches. I've been calling Sasha Banks the best female wrestler in WWE history for about a year now, at this point I think she should be currently in the conversation for best overall wrestler in the company, every match she has is must see.

*Charlotte/Becky vs Nikki/Fox was solid. I'm in the minority I'm sure, but I think Becky Lynch was the best wrestler in this match.

*Cena/Rollins was a great match, Cena should get hurt in every match, it kicked into another gear after he broke his nose, and I would argue that was Cena's best work this year. The STF looked like a good move for the first time in ages last night. Also, Rollins got to actually compete without it being an overbooked nightmare. Rollins proved, yet again, that when given the chance he is possibly the best in-ring wrestler WWE has right now.

*This Rusev storyline is toeing that Sharknado line of being so bad its good. Rusev should have been talking his entire run, guy is excellent on the mic. Dog Ziggler was hilarious, as was his "pick up the fish" delivery.

*Wyatt's promo was good, it took a while to get going, but eventually got to the point.

*Owens/Orton was ok. They need to get Orton away from Sheamus, he just seems like he's going through the motions right now, poor Owens was working his butt off getting the dead crowd going, but Sheamus is basically a black hole of awfulness right now, and anything he's involved in suffers for it.

WWE is on a bit of a roll right now with a solid Battleground and 2 really good Raws. Even Smackdown was good last week. Hopefully they can keep the momentum going into Summerslam.

I'm really into the story they're telling with Cena/Rollins. A lot has been said about Rollins looking weak as champion and I love they're building the storyline around that. Cena has so elevated the U.S. Title and Rollins has so dishonored the World Title that an argument can be made that the U.S. belt is the new "symbol of excellence" as Cena calls it. And Cena getting the clean win only drives home that point. Good stuff.

Love the Diva's stuff. If she has a long career, Sasha Banks could go down as the best women's wrestler of all time. She is amazing. She reminds me a little of the Rock in Nation of Domination with Naomi playing the role of Faarooq. Naomi probably leads the group, but Banks will be the star in the end. Really love Becky Lynch, too.

I like where they're going with Wyatt's family. Anxious to see who's the #3. It's rumored to be someone the fans will be upset about. Probably someone who's currently a face.

I'm probably in the minority, but I really like Orton as a babyface. He's really awesome to watch if you see the show live. His power moves are a sight to behold when you see them live. They crowd goes nuts for the 2nd rope DDT, powerslam and RKO.

I think even the cheesy Rusev stuff is working. "It's your privilege to obey". :lmao:

Fantastic RAW.

While there have certainly been down moments within every show, RAW has really improved lately. Between Cena's open challenges and the amping up of the Divas' division, RAW is fun again. Anything Cesaro and New Day helps as well.

This is only a rumor so I won't spoiler tag it. The rumor I am frequently seeing is Bo Dallas, who happens to be Wyatt's real-life brother.

Adam Rose from what I've heard.
You mean Leo Kruger?

That would be great, as would Marcus Louis if we were really stretching.

I'm guessing it'll be somebody pretty relevant. The rumor seems to be Reigns/Ambrose/Sting vs Wyatt Family, so the 3rd guy needs to be somebody on that level, but nobody comes to mind.

Well TOUGH ENOUGH outcome was another FAIL
If there was any doubt that it's being rigged for ZZ, then you have your answer. 2 weeks in a row that the strongest of the bottom 3 gets voted off and he's got the most votes. Fan voting was a terrible idea.

I'd say something about Amanda, but Miz's save kept her safe. I hope they don't have a guest judge of the week with rolling saves now.
