Welp, AEDUBBS got it taken down. Can't even see what it was.
Was just getting ready to post about that.

It was Red Velvets standing moonsault. About as bad as you can get performing the move....landed a couple feet away from girl she was facing.

That match was just awful. Like the 2 had never met/rehearsed anything. The stiff clothesline finisher was pretty good looking. Outside of that just dreadful

Yo holy #### was just looking at that entire account. AEW must have just found it, because ALL of it's botch clips from like....ever, have been taken down.

RIP to that account.
Yeah there's several botch accounts that A&W has tried to delete..  they just come back.

Just funny how much it triggers A&W. Like the botches are just terrible

Wednesday's Dynamite was an easy way to pass 2 hours, but I will not defend it as objectively "good."

It was meant to announce the PPV card, and that's really all they did. OC/Hardy and the tag team semifinals were the only high points in-ring.

Red Velvet works so slow compared to Jamie Hayter, total mismatch of talent and Hayter couldn't save the match. Red got flustered running the ropes and from that point the match was a trainwreck, culminating in the "empty pool" moonsault botch. I doubt we see much of her for several months.

With the news that WWE is not looking to hire any more indy talent, I legitimately think both companies' main shows will get better.

It all depends on what you're looking for in a wrestling company. WWE mismanaged the small workrate guys with "moment-making" to the point of self-destructing NXT. AEW's fanbase loves workrate and the company manages them well with simple, sensible long-term booking.

Agree with all of this. I'm one of those Marks that hasn't been watching AEW because I didn't have the channel but shot the lock off the wallet for CM Punk last Friday. Dynamite was just more enjoyable to watch than anything on WWE right now. Several stories being told, some with slow burning payoffs that I will enjoy when they do payoff.

Yeah, Red Velvet was out of her league, but I will say, I flipped over to ROH after, who was doing a All-Women's tournament show, and she would have been fine there. Empty arena, girls her size.

WWE is getting worse. Don't believe them but they are looking to sell and it look likes Hunter might be on his way out of the company Ala Shane McMahon Yrs back. People who feared losing their jobs if Hunter took over for Vince now have ammo to go against Hunter. Also the network is Pissed off big time at WWE not for not getting Punk back but how NXT went and how now it's taped which they didn't pay for it to do. Also SDLive Just got loaded on Fox with Becky and Brock. What does USA and Raw have these days? RKBro and Flair? But wait we can also give you Eva Marie and Nia Snacks!!

WWE is going back to the boring big men who can barely move in the ring. Their Smaller wrestlers will be used as enhancement talent and will like it or suffer.

At this rate I'm honestly totally done with WWE. Really disappointed Nakamura apparently resigned with this disaster of a Company but apparently he likes the money and not working the more physical NJPW style at this point in his career. Can't fault him. Hope that AJ Leaves eventually goes to NJPW or AEW. Would love to see USOs and Roman leave and go to AEW to join Moxley who he's great friends with (Not this Seth and Roman are amazing friends WWE wants to portray since the Sheild Days), Would love to see some the Girls in NXT and UK move to AEW, NWA or Impact. I haven't been this done with WWE in years.

I might get the game but I heard it's a disaster. WWE is pushing 2K to have it out as soon as they can, but 2K has to redo the roster since it's SO OUTDATED WITH ALL THE RELEASES NOW. There's rumors that WWE might end their partnership with 2K too. Total disaster in WWE. I've heard from friends morale is at an all time low like the lowest ever. Some of their contacts who have been there for yrs say they've never seen it this low and you can't trust anyone. Everyone is out looking for themselves now. A lot of employees think WWE is gonna sell and worried about what their status in the company will be if and when that happens and who takes over. Most agree that Vince has lost it and should've handed over the Company to the Kids and Hunter about 5-6 yrs ago. Back then Hunter had a lot of backing by numerious people and is said to be pretty patient willing to see something workout out then pull the trigger if theres no instant results.

I think she's only there for a female presence in the Nightmare Family with Brandi not there right now. She's good friends with all of them but she works hard and she's willing to do anything. I think she's only there till Brandi comes back. She's in a bad position and needs more work but she's a great person and she's willing to do anything asked of her which is a lot of great qualities you want in a young wrestler.

She was only on Dark until Brandi got pregnant.  The fight with Shaq/Jade Cargill was supposed to be against Cody and Brandi.  When Brandi got pregnant I think they panicked and put Red into the spotlight before she was ready to keep that story going since she was the only obvious replacement (given the NIghtmare family stuff).

RoH has been taping multiple episodes with a closed set since they started back up.  They've had IIRC 2 PPVs in front of fans, but the rest has been no fans.

Trust me when I say that - as far as regulations go - Maryland is the California of the east coast.

Trevor Murdoch did it!!!! "****'s baby boy" did it!

I got to admit it love the feel of NWAs product w/o the overproduction 👍

I'm very curious where NWA goes with this forward. And where Nick Aldis goes forward. Dude basically held that title for 4 years (outside the feel-good Cody run), and to me it was kind of comforting in a throw back to Bruno days.

A quick rematch win to put the belt back on Aldis feels counterproductive. Hopefully there is a good story to tell.

Watched the first two episodes of Heels last night on Starz. Third episode is sitting in my DVR for tonight.

I like it, it's good, and I would imagine most everyone in this thread would enjoy something about it. Small town wrestling promotion, about to go broke, led by an older brother who is the embodiment of old-school rasslin', right up to heel kayfabe around town, and the upstart younger brother who is getting interest from "guys up North".

We know the star, Stephen Amell, loves the business and it shows. The creators clearly are fans, even the episode titles ("Kayfabe", "Dusty Finish", "Cheap Heat, "Swerve") call back to the history. Lots of locker room things, going over the card/practice/business speak is fun, even if they don't have a ton of wrestling in each episode, just enough.

Plus you get to see Disney Channel graduate Kelli Berglund (Lab Rats anyone?) doing things that would make the Mouse blush.

If there's a guy that's more creatively bankrupt than Prichard I'd love to meet him or her.

Being a yes man and stooge to McMahon has kept him employed in the business for the better part of 30 years so there's few better than him in that regard.

And you know in 5 or so years (whenever he's canned again) he'll pretend 2019-2021 were the best years of the.product in the company's history 🤣🤣

Being a consummate liar as well can help. He's just so far up Vince's rectum he smells like it even if he bathes.

How can I order the PPV? Sign up at the Aew website and then stream it on my smart TV. I don't have a cable provider. I just have a nice cable router, cause we stream stuff.

Those podcasts with Pritchard and Conrad Thompson. The latter thinks he knows everything about wrestling despite not knowing jack squat, and the former is Vince's yes man and comes off like a lackey.

Malakai Black had the best promo tonight and he's not even on the PPV card.

The build to Full Gear already looking awesome.

For those who want to buy the PPV I put the link up on info of where to go and all. Already bought it. I usually don't buy PPVs but AEW is one product I will buy anymore and it's worth it.Plus the fact its only 4 or 5 a yrs I think spending a little money on a good product is fair and can be afforded

Daffney Unger has passed away aged 46.

Daffney had gone on Instagram Live late Wednesday night and appeared to be in a suicidal state, saying in her video, "Do you guys not understand that I am all alone? Do you not understand that?"

😢

Don't wish to speculate but according to a couple of people I know with friends very close it sounds unfortunately like SUicide

RIP Daffney. She was always so nice too. Loved her in TNA

A few years ago the Cubs decided to stop with having the 7th Inning Strench always get sung by a celebrity (after some horrible renditions). They started going with just people with ties to Chicago, or they would put an old tape of Harry Carry/Ernie Banks on the big screen.   Well with AEW in town this weekend they decided to go with.......The Big Show tonight (no idea if they tried to get Punk or not).   He was, not good, to put it nicely.  At least it woke up the Cubs who have scored 5 so far in the bottom of the 7th.

At some point a voice just gets so deep, there's no amount of sugar you can coat it with lol

I am eagerly awaiting people's response to this PPV. I didn't order it, but have been watching replays here and there. That crowd had to worn out by the end of the night.

Easily the best PPV since the Rock/Austin days. A truly seminal moment in the business' history.

I paid 50 dollars for the AEW PPV and still felt like I robbed them.

You could have aired the pre-show through the tag team cage match and had the best show of the year.

And that's without CM Punk's return to the ring. Before the huge reveals. I'm giddy.

10-man tag

Eddie v Miro

Moxley v Kojima

Suzuki appearance

Kris v Britt

Lucha Bros v Young Bucks in the cage

Might go down as the best six consecutive segments ever.
