The way Hogan stormed off you could tell he was hurt / pissed / both.
Can't imagine even the WWE brass expected that.

Hogan tried to save it and then realized it wasn't going to happen and decided to rush through his promo and exit stage left.
 
I have a big problem with CM Punk going over Seth Rollins last night. Seth carried the company for the better part of a decade especially Monday Night Raw. In a big moment for the company when they could reward a workhorse, they chose the popular choice yet again. There are many things I think WWE get 100% right and on the mark (see every step of Gunther's trajectory) but this left me incredibly sour.
 
Kenny Omega v Gabe Kidd from NJPW's Wrestle Dynasty made me so happy. I have been a massive fan of Omega the last ten years. From the night he kicked AJ Styles out of Bullet Club, his incredible championship series of matches with Okada, the creation of AEW, to his recovery from his recent illness. Glad to see him back for one last run. It does seem like we are going to get Omega v Okada one last time at ALL IN: TEXAS and I've already told my wife I am flying out if so. Haha.
 
I was sick on Jan 4 and was unable to watch WK or Dynasty. Really want to go back for those. Fn love Wrestle Kingdom every year.

Rumor is this is the start of a Seth heal turn.
Basically because of everything you just said. The fans continue to cheer for Punk regardless of what Seth does or says. Seems like a good setup for a heel turn.

AEW Grand Slam Australia debacle

- Event moved from 50k stadium show to 13k arena show.
- Now can't sell any tickets to the 13k arena show and having to do 2-for-1 tickets.
- Forced to move from a PPV show to a "TV special"

Sad times. Even the AEW diehard sickos are coming to the realization this promotion is circling the drain.

TNA just hosted a PPV show that had a greater attendance than AEW show just hosted in same venue.

Once TNA secures a TV deal, which is probably inevitable with partnership with WWE, they'll pass up AEW too in ratings. Just like developmental NXT passed AEW long ago.

Pretty good women's rumble. Think first one I watched start to finish.

If it weren't for Tiffy Time at Mania, would be meh on Charlotte winning.

Got to think Big E will make a Rumble appearance if they have room and he's cleared for anything. Arguably the most loaded men's Rumble ever.
 
Yeah it was enjoyable. Pretty big letdown for 30 though because I thought Becky Lynch was coming back. I missed the whole Bella time so it wasn't a big pop for me.

I don't really follow the women very closely, but Nia Jax just obliterating people is good stuff.

It was pretty fun when she bum rushed literally everyone in the ring.

The Cody KO match was good. Had a lot of spots where you think "Man, it would be so easy for someone to get legit hurt in there".

Watched some old clips of Lesnar suplexing folks out of the ring. Seems like something that would be really easy to get hurt with.
