That being said, this would be the perfect result for the US.That PK made me shudder a little bit. Even in that win over Canada, the US didn't give me a whole lot to feel confident about.1-0 to Canada

Check my earlier post please and see if correct.Lichaj at left back. Boca central with Goodson.Wondo instead of Agudelo next to Jozy.
that was according to FSC Brian Dunseth live at KC.Check my earlier post please and see if correct.Lichaj at left back. Boca central with Goodson.Wondo instead of Agudelo next to Jozy.
Ok it sounds like what I posted.that was according to FSC Brian Dunseth live at KC.Check my earlier post please and see if correct.Lichaj at left back. Boca central with Goodson.Wondo instead of Agudelo next to Jozy.
I guess it is worth noting that only one other player played all 90 in last three games besides Ream and that was Howard.US subs: Onyewu, Edu, Agudelo, Bornstein, Kljestan, Bedoya, HahnemannJesus, if Ream is not hurt this has got to kill his confidence.
seriously?yes.dammit.seriously?
gonna watch and not try to get upset.
early US goal would help there. opposite, not so much.If they keep just bombing it forward, it's gotta work at some point, right??Another long ball waaaaayyy off the markTasker>![]()
Much different from Boca who never got forward.Lichaj looks good early. Very physical. (although he might have been the one that let that corner drop in the box earlier, i dont remember)
bigger upside IMOWondo seems like one of those strikers who you know will never score consistently against good competition but adds a little something extra that the rest of the players don't. Always working hard, good hold up play.Eerily reminiscent of....Brian Ching.
We sure are showing these boys from Guadeloupe a thing or two about soccer!

Ching had the bigger upside. Lots of nuance to his game, along with tireless hustle. Not a great player, but more complete than Wondo. And a much better fit in the Bradley system. That said, I'd love to have Wondo prove me compltely wrong and score a ####load of goals for the US. So far, I'm not seeing him combine well with anybody. But he does bring a different style than Agudelo who plays too similar to Jozy right now.ugh... too many closish calls on defense.eta: and Ching had a lot of minutes played with LD to help him in that system. he always made LD a better player when he was in there.bigger upside IMOWondo seems like one of those strikers who you know will never score consistently against good competition but adds a little something extra that the rest of the players don't. Ching was absolutely zero threat against good teams. Wondo is a very minor threat simply because he's liable to pull a rabbit out of a hat.Neither are the answer but it is obvious that we need someone with a motor opposite jozy.Ching had the bigger upside.
