The champions of Europe's top-eight ranked leagues are automatically seeded in pot 1, with the remaining three pots allocated based upon UEFA's coefficient system.

Nevermind...found it:

This draw is highlighting the downside risk in the new seeding system. Although from the fans perspective I guess its good to get some of the big clubs matched up right from the start.
