As others have mentioned, I'm enjoying the Mike story line better than Saul's.  It's fascinating to watch Mike turn in to what we saw on BB - as someone else mentioned, he's learning about half-measures.  Also, as Nacho alluded to, Mike isn't really keen on killing people (yet).

Do folks consider previews for the next episode to be spoilers?  I'll put this in spoiler tags just in case:

Who do we think Mike is trying to take out - Nacho? Hector?

I was of the impression that the cash was leaving the country, payment for the delivery the truck had just made.

Drug cartel, not counterfeiters.

I would imagine Mike would be good at spotting counterfeits and if not he would know a way to determine if they are without trying it out in public.  Interesting angle on counterfeiting though.

 
Wondering if while Mike is surveilling Hector if Gus has started doing so with Mike, having noticed him while he, Gus, was also surveilling Hector.  Just as Mike tells Nacho that the cartel is not as careful as it thinks, Gus may tell Mike the same thing.  Natural allies perhaps? 

 
What was the significance of Mike's question ("does it snow here?) to the waitress? He had a smirk on his face when she left, and I know they were kinda flirting so that may be it, but it looked like he had figured something out.

 
I think it was interesting that we saw a change in Kim last night as well.  Last week, she was steadfast with Jimmy that she had to do things her way and not cut any corners.  Well....she cut her first last night...will she continue, or spill the beans once she finds out Chuck's fate?

 
Important questions:

1) Why did they need to shower and change clothes (Kim in work attire) just to pick up boxes from Chuck?

2) Why did they take Saul's crappy car instead of Kim's?

Not sure I'll be able to follow the rest of the story without the answers.

 
Mike: "You guys aren't half as smart as you think you are".

2 minutes later finds out his genius plot results in a Good Samaritan being shot in the face.

Answers:

1.  They did not need to shower.  They could have gone just as they were but Kim, always being professional in professional matters, chose to want to meet Chuck in professional attire as she was acting on behalf of her only and most important client.  Jimmy, for his part, still relatively new at getting in Kim's pants on a regular basis was not going to pass up the opportunity to take her someplace to shower.  Lots of opportunity there.

2. Kim does not want to emasculate Jimmy by noticing the car discrepancy more than is necessary.

Kim didn't change at all. She's just as steadfast now as prior to that episode. She had no knowledge of Jimmy's plan, isn't at all happy with the what she discovered and doesn't condone it moving forward. Just because she didn't throw her new partner under the bus doesn't mean she agrees.

Or, you know, lose the client that every new solo practitioner looking to get into that area of law would kill to have. That client can keep Kim going for years. 

I like Kim because she definitely seems to have a personality that is consistent with many.  She's shown us she can be good and do the right thing, but she also doesn't mind turning a blind eye when she can benefit from somebody "bad." We saw that on a somewhat small scale with Ken Wins buying them ridiculously expensive tequila.  We now see that on a somewhat bigger scale with Chuck.  After all, HHM can very probably survive post-Mesa Verde. Clearly, HHM new Mesa Verde would be the backbone of Kim's practice.  Further, (assuming NM ethical rules match AZ's on this issue), since Kim brought in Mesa Verde as her client with HHM, Kim is ethically obligated to contact them, advise them of her move, and let them decide.  While Chuck didn't do anything illegal and probably nothing unethical under the rules, his coming in to speak to Mesa Verde and talking himself would be considered professionally "uncool" and somewhat dirty.  So, Kim would be understandably upset with him, may have labeled him "bad," and therefore, while she wouldn't active try to sabotage him, isn't sympathetic when Jimmy does and doesn't offer to "fix" the problem since she likely doesn't benefit from doing so and doesn't see Chuck deserving of her super-ethical behavior if she were to tell Mesa Verde what happened as Chuck suggested she do.

Also, the exit works out well the way that Kim smacks him on the arm and tells him to "Just drive" and the car lurches forward. You don't know if that's because Jimmy is shaken up or the car is a POS.

 
Alright, here's a some more:

1) Having released the ice cream truck driver and seeing that he was able to call friends for help, why did the motorist hang around until Hector and company got there?

2) Why was Nacho going to get the driver for Hector to question a day later? Why didn't Hector question him when they got him from the desert?

Agree with a lot of what you say and she certainly benefits from Jimmy's plan. However I think it's a stretch to compare the tequila con with Jimmy's plan to take back Mesa Verde. She was a willing participant in the tequila con and certainly enjoyed the scam. She was completely in the dark with the Mesa Verde thing and really only had two choices after she was blindsided. Throw Jimmy under the bus or tell Chuck to pound sand. Just because she doesn't sell Jimmy out doesn't to me equate that she likes the road traveled. Rock and a hard place and given her rising disdain for Chuck the choice seemed obvious.

I thought Mike said he was making a soaker hose for his plants?  Are they just going to die now?

What happened to all that ice cream?  Did it just melt?

Where did those dentist chairs come from?  Did Jimmie steal them?  Are they symbolic?

Does Chad's chemical sensitivity cause dyslexia?  What was up with the screwed up addresses? 

Pretty sure teachers would know who wrote the Pina Coloda song.  That's what we drink after work to blow off steam.

So that stoner guy at the end runs an office and just lets people come in and use their copiers?  Is that even legal?

Questions I had as well.  I view them not as inconsistencies, necessarily, nor poor writing, necessarily, as much as just currently unexplained matters.

There is time yet to water those plants.  Potentially Mike could even repurpose the hose by removing the nails.  The plants may die, but that is no sure thing.

The ice cream was delivered, along with the drugs.  There was no ice cream in the empty truck making its return trip.  Too bad it was all gone.  I bet the driver was feeling hot and dry after being tied up and could have used a nice cool treat.  So too, of course, the good Samaritan. Getting shot in the face would hurt less if one already had brain freeze from eating too much ice cream too fast.

I would guess from Henry Schein Dental, the largest supplier of Dental chairs in the world.

I know not this Chad,  I know a Chet but he has electromagnetic sensitivity, not chemical.  As far as I can tell it does not contribute to dyslexia, but it does give him an excuse to be an ######.

Public school teachers may or may not know who wrote the song.  Those two seemed more like administrators than teachers so I am unclear of the relevance.

The guy was not a stoner, so much as simply oblivious.  I took him to be a sexually frustrated comic book nerd who pleasures himself only to anime.  Clearly he did not just let people use the copiers, he charged them.  It's all legal until somebody starts snorting the toner.

Good questions though.  Keep them coming and I will help if I can.

1 the driver knew that the Samaritan had to die and found a way to make him stay or maybe got his plate
