That, and Saul accidentally saying Lalos name. No way would he slip there, IMO.

One question I have - the couple that Lalo visits...the woman gives him coffee and he asks about the goats, etc...the husband who shaves the beard...who are they and why did he kill them (implied)?

Hmmmm. I wasn't surprised when he did this. The dude still has PTSD from the incident and is a bit jittery considering the weight of this case and focus on him with 7 mil cash bail. He's not 100% right now...so I can see it happening.

I think it was a symbol that it was time to move on from remembering that day for Saul.  Obviously seeing that mug with the bullet holes brings back the day everytime they go to the bag of money.  On to the next chapter (next season/storyline) of Saul Goodman.

That opening montage was fantastic.  Reminded me of some of the earlier Breaking Bad intros at Walts with the coroner, pool and pink bear before we knew it was a plane crash.

I think this was hinted at when Lalo burst into their apartment to question Saul at the end of season 5. Lalo wanted to know what happened on the trip to recover his bail money, and Saul wouldn't tell him about Mike's involvement. Lalo was suspicious because the car he found was all shot up. Saul claimed he just drank his own pee after abandoning his car, and that it was just kids playing with guns in the desert that shot up his car after he got out. 

The cup was evidence of his lie. Kim made a note of it earlier in that episode. If Lalo had seen the money bag with the shot-up cup inside, Saul's story would have been blown.

Now, at that point, they do think Lalo's dead, but, Kim is the kind to be methodical about covering tracks. It happened when the initial plan to frame Chuck for the typo on Mesa Verde's documents: just as they were going to sleep, she said something like, "Jimmy, you better have covered every single track and left no evidence", at which point he excused himself and ran to the copy shop to bribe the employee (and witnessed Chuck have a panic attack).

You're going to get some snarky comments.  The MAIN overriding theme of Better Call Saul is Jimmy's transformation into Saul.  Everything up through season 5 when it happens in one way or another (his brother, him being barred, etc,) shapes him to embracing the Saul persona.

Yep. Other than the cardboard cutout, the most obvious clues were a bunch of his prescription bottles on the bathroom sink, and outside there was a Saul Goodman & Assoc sign that had been taken down. Do we know that white vehicle on the flatbed?

I really don't want this show to end.

I went back to the opening scene and made a list of items that I assume will be featured in the upcoming episodes, or were featured either in past seasons or in BB that I don't remember.

• golden toilet

• the closet with saul's suits, shoes and ties. only saul's, clearly Kim didn't live here if it was a home at all.
  
• next to the nice shoes in the closet, a pair of old sneakers in the clost next to a black cap, logo on the cap illegible but i assume this will be a storyline somewhere.

• Saul's medication, but no makeup, so still no signs of Kim anywhere in the house.

• one of the movers walk by with a bag full of balls, looks like painted ping pong balls, maybe these were used in some bingo scam before? very curious about this one, i think there was a bingo episode early in BCS universe with the retirement home.
  

Lastly, the only hint of Kim in the sequence is that momento that falls out of the armoir at the end, which is the same thing she took with her when she quit her job at the law firm. the thing that looks like a pineapple. Can someone tell me what the significance of this is? I meant to look it up while catching up on old episodes but forgot about it.
