I haven't seen a black man abused that bad since Rodney King
Guess they figured he was a huge threat to win. All I got.
Nah, I think John was scared that Jeremy would spread more "rumors" about him having an idol and saw it as a threat. Problem with this strategy is that whoever goes to exile next time opens a door to being voted out for the same reasons as Jeremy. The other problem is if John goes back, he will be suspected of finding one as well.

Smart move by John, I didn't think Missy was gonna bite but really you have to get rid of Jeremy when the numbers allow for it.. the guy was going to take the million in a walk.

Pretty lame season, I know I've said it already. The people are just boring. I might be pulling for Reed now.

Natalie playing a sneaky good game, she's the swing vote now. It wasn't a good idea to keep her out of the loop.

There have to be some good gifs of Jaclyn from that one. She's about the only reason I watch. Bad season.

I think it's a good season and more in line with what the game was meant to be. It's boring when one side gets the numbers and just picks off the other side one by one. I

Possible but Reed is to. The vote was 5-3-2. Don't really see Natalie siding with Keith and Wes. Possible Reed could go back but those 3 guys just voted against him. Reed could ride in with the two couples to the final 5 as the swing vote if Natalie gets to pissy over bring left out.

Reed the swing vote between the two couples. Sitting pretty. He should side with John/Jaclyn down the road because everyone hates them.

I can't recall someone getting back stabbed that badly in a long time.. Gives up Reward Challenge, goes to Exile and then :bye:

As Jeff said.. It will probably stop people from giving up things in the future..

Guessing Natalie will team up with Wes, Keith and Alex and then "let the cat out of the bag" on John having the other Idol and let the fireworks begin..

Then again, maybe Missy, Baylor, Jon and Jacklyn already told Reed since his biggest concern was Keith having one

John and Jaclyn are getting really annoying with all the public displays of affection. The last thing I want to see is the 2 of them make it to the end. Not sure I could deal with a 20 minute montage of the 2 of them frolicking on the beach repeating "We Did it Babe!!!" over and over again.

Not sure who to root for at this point. I really don't like anyone other than Reed and Keith.

Keith is it for me.. Wes is OK, but not worth rooting for..

Maybe Natalie who, when they first announced they were going to be on my first thought was <_<

But since her sister and Rocker got sent off she has been a lot less annoying then I expected.

Alec, Reed, Missy, Baylor, Jon or Jaclyn?

Great move by Keith not playing his idol and also for him, Wes and the other kid to throw votes at Reed just in case the other alliance split the votes between Keith and Reed. It would have added 3 more votes to Reed probably sending him home if the John/Jackie alliance went that way.

Reed going thru the bag was bad enough, but running to Jackie and her alliance to squeel was a punk move. They weren't going to just let him in the fold. Fortunately for him, Jon got nervous about Jeremy and they focused their attention on getting him out instead of Reed.

Reed looking smugly at Josh after the TC, like he orchestrated the whole blindside, was comical.

I hope Keith wins this.

Was a brutal episode for Jeremy. Gives up food and luxury only to be sent to exile to be attacked by crabs, then come back in time to get blindsided in the vote.

You'd think Keith and John would be smart enough to bury their idols somewhere and let Wes and Jaclyn know where they are buried in the event of a blindside. Guarantees at least one of them gets to use it and it doesn't get sent home in someone's bag.

Jeremy seemed like a real class dude but he did himself in. I'm guessing he'd watched the show before but he didn't really play like it. He probably realizes now that everyone on the show is there to win $1 million for themselves, not to win $1 million for Jeremy and Val. He was really eager to extract promises and commitments out of complete strangers, and even when he found himself being outright lied to he still got slammed.

:ptts:

I wouldn't think Keith would be smart enough for anything after he kept that piece of paper hanging around. Not like his bag was the first to be snooped. He's still here though.. doing something right.

I'm 100% sure Jaclyn knows where Jon's is

Jon/Jaclyn just blew any chance at winning. They have now created a situation where they are in an alliance of 4 with Reed added in for this last vote. They have blindsided Natalie's ally.

I could easily see the other 5 voting out one of the Jon/Jaclyn/Missy/Baylor alliance.

If they voted out Reed this time, they could have split the vote between Wes/Keith next time and gotten rid of Keith's idol. Then they could have worried about Jeremy.

Jeremy had one ally and no idol. He was not a threat.

Jeremy was running the majority alliance, physically capable and the sympathy favorite for the top prize... he was a huge threat

He wasn't running the majority alliance if Missy and Baylor were willing to flip on him. I think they needed to blindside him just not this soon. They don't have the numbers yet.

He was physically impressive looking, but that doesn't always mean he will win challenges. A lot of times the smaller fit guys and fit women with endurance do well at individual challenges.

I'm guessing you can't do that. I'm sure somewhere in the rules it states that you can give it to someone, but if you haven't given it to them directly before the reading of the votes and you get voted off, the idol is gone/worthless.

Otherwise we would have seen someone give the idol to an alliance member after the vote if they had been voted off without using it.

Agreed. Though this was one vote too soon. Should have stuck with Reed and then Jeremy next week telling everyone else Keith to try and flush the idol.

I think Natalie could be in a great position. Get back with Missy/Baylor, tell them you are in for final 3 so you can get John/Jaclyn out at 5. If she flips over to the guys, they will use her and then vote her out when the couples are voted out.

I don't see Natalie getting cozy with Baylor/Missy.. After the vote she looked right at Missy and said "WHAT THE F  "

She just needs to keep reminding everyone Jon has an idol and let the fun begin..

Natalie has a big decision. She either has to stick with Missy and Baylor or she has to try to work with the guys to get Missy/Baylor/Jon/Jaclyn out. After this week she can't go after Missy/Baylor/Jon/Jaclyn because she won't have

the votes to take them out.

John & Jaclyn must be banging constantly on the island, you would think that would be enough for them and they would kill the PDAs when with the group. Neither are that strong of players but at least they are playing the game.

Speaking of which, is Baylor cute? Cute-ish? Sometimes she looks kinda cute, other times it looks like someone broke the ugly stick in half and beat her from both sides.

Am I crazy? It's happened before. :oldunsure:

You can argue it was a tad premature but he was definitely a threat in the long run

I can't blame Jon for targeting him because of the whole idol situation, but like I said I was surprised at Missy and Baylor going along with that when they did. There's obviously something we didn't see.. I would guess they were worried Jon and Jaclyn were going to split off anyway and team back up with the guys

Jeremy should have been more decisive, once he suspected the lie about the idol.. J&J definitely were..

Sure, Baylor's classic "cute". She looks a little like Bat For Lashes.

One small flaw with that....you kinda need the idol at Tribal to use it.

If you are in possession of the idol and don't play and it and get voted out then it's too late to give it to anyone else.

I see your point. Generally people who focus on getting one person out of the game tend to miss the bigger picture. I think that Jon did this in this instance.

You can only exchange idols at tribal?

Re: idols in Blood v Water

Why not just give it to your couple member? If I were Keith, Wes would already have it, same for J/J. You're playing for the two of you to win, right? If so...then it doesn't matter who uses it for whom when it comes time to play.

So Jon ought to have given it to Jaclyn, and then if they decide it needs to be used to save Jon, she plays it for him.

Also, I hate the going-through-bags thing that has been a recent Survivor phenomenon. That's bull####.

:goodposting: They have rules against stealing the Idol.. should have rules about going through bags and taking stuff also..

Unless of course they are hoping for an all out :boxing: match to break out one of these years to shake things up??

I think all's fair in bag rummaging out there... people shouldn't be able to stash stuff that easily, like whatsherface and the food. Not that hard to hide your secret valuables somewhere else.

Well from the looks of last nights Reward challenge we can expect no one to leave anything behind.. I can't recall ever seeing people bring a few bags with them to a reward challenge and yet they all showed up with theirs..

Guess nobody wants to risk being sent to exile without their spare socks

I was kinda rooting for Jeremy, sucks to see him go. but he should have been more proactive about outing Jon to Missy & Baylor.

not sure who I root for now, definitely not Jon or Reed. maybe Natalie or Keith.

and Baylor has a badonkadonk...she should have been facing the other way in the immunity challenge.

I would guess Natalie will stick with her old alliance along with Reed to take out the 3 guys next. Then will team up with Missy/Baylor in a final 3. I think Natalie is our winner.

Giving up your reward, keys to the car or immunity necklace never seems to work out in the person's favor who does the good deed. If I'm on Survivor no way in hell am I giving up anything to anyone that I'm not 100% aligned with, which at most would be one other person.

Would have been awesome to see Jon get blindsided. Keith's mistake cost him his son.

Is Reed a bigger target now for being some kind of mastermind?

Baylor needs to keep her mouth shut about Nat's idol too.

Boy Kieth and then Natalie just blew that tribal up.
:goodposting:

Keith caused a stir, but pretty sure if Natalie keeps her big trap shut Jon is gone.. No idea why she'd warn him there...

Let him fall, you are still in good with his girlfriend and now you can continue on with your "all Girl" plan you made with Baylor.

Yea, I think that will be her downfall, keeping Jon around. Baylor will spill the beans about the idol before they get back to camp....Liking Reed's chances

Natalie is in really good shape if you ask me, she has the only idol and can ride the alliance with the two couples until they are down to five. The next three tribals should be no brainers and then she becomes the swing vote taking whatever couple she chooses to the finals. At that point, siding with Baylor and her mom would seem a no brainer and probably win it for her.
