So doubtfully true

“Ward zipped a bullet that turned heads on his very first snap of 7-on-7, finding fellow rookie Gunnar Helm on a route over the middle. The ball split two defenders and went right to Helm, who caught it in stride. It was a glimpse of what Titans personnel no doubt saw in Ward that made them take him No.1 overall. Ward had a few other throws that were impressive as well as his quick release was very noticeable.”
I wanna see it all.I need to see some scrimmage-y 11 on 11 stuff.
Looking wow in drills is wearing on me. I've got the let's see him do it in a game vibe building

Cam Ward has been coming in at 5am, and then having to be kicked out of the building some nights.
I asked Titans HC Brian Callahan how you manage a singularly-focused player like him:
It’s funny how when just about anyone does it, it’s “reckless” and “a bad habit they need to fix”.The more people talk about the occasional sidearm, the more I wonder why everyone doesn't do it.
You've got a huge man in front of you and have to get the ball from a to b.
It doesn't seem outlandish at all.
Not to go too far off rails in the Ward thread, but Stafford was also doing that and no look passes while still in Detroit and never seemed to get the credit Mahomes did for it. Feel like he's been terminally underrated most of his career. It’s funny how when just about anyone does it, it’s “reckless” and “a bad habit they need to fix”.The more people talk about the occasional sidearm, the more I wonder why everyone doesn't do it.

But when Mahomes does it, he’s “a brilliant improviser” and “able to make crazy throws to get it done”.
I think there's a big difference with him in terms of dynasty vs redraft. Guys with weapons like Stroud and Daniels didn't have such a difference, but Ward doesn't seem like a guy who ends up as a top 15 fantasy QB this year, but will every year after that. He’s being slept on massively for fantasy IMO. I’m loving everything that I’ve watched and am reading about his work ethic, drive, and leadership qualities. The Titans need to add some weapons for him, but people are treating him like he’s a quarterback without upside.
I invested in JJM last year and Ward this year (2 different leagues)I think there's a big difference with him in terms of dynasty vs redraft. “Ward's best pass of the day was a 50-yard strike to receiver Calvin Ridley, who caught the ball in stride. He improvised on another play, lateraling the ball back to running back Tony Pollard while on the move. Ward threw a bullet across the middle to Xavier Restrepo, and he hit receiver Van Jefferson in stride down the field in 7-on-7.”

Cam Ward read the blitz, made a check at the line, got Ridley one-on-one and delivered this bomb perfectly.
Impressive for anyone. Especially for a rookie in his first minicamp.
One of the best plays I’ve seen from him so far.

Cam Ward is gonna be a really good QB in the league.
