“Hot hand” favors Williams…
I don't know that Murray has any heat left
“Hot hand” favors Williams…
Boyd and MeyersI think it’s coachspeak & all the RBs will vulture carries from each other.
Was Freeman activated to the starting roster?
Brutal you faced Gano - he’s a FA in my league. Just a monster day. That’s some bad luck.
I hope ya pick the right guy. Who are your other options?
Oof. Mark & throw 3 darts…closest to the bullseye is the dude to start.Boyd and Meyers

Fumble, not good.First play a read option. That's a good sign.
There was something for everyone on that drive. Williams looked like a beast, but then made a mistake that fortunately wasn’t costly. Murray started but only saw one snap, but Freeman looked quick.Fumble, not good.
Yeah lucky to not lose it. He had good burst so far. We will see how Harbaugh treats this now as Freeman had a great run and Murray had a nice one too.Fumble, not good.
Gotta just be honest and admit the painfully obvious.
Fantasy cluster nightmare from here forward.
I'd rather have 2 Bal RBs vs 2 SF RBs FWIW.
Don't they have 2 guys on pace for like 18 points in ppr? It's the #1 rushing team in the NFL, they can very easily support 2 guys (would have been Dobbins and Edwards).
And again on both. He clearly looks better than the other RBs for the 2nd week in a row as well.Williams was in at the GL and the 2pt conversion.
Solidified that it’s an RBBC & there’s probably ~20-25 weekly points of RB production in some sort of split between the 3 after LJax runs buck wild.Well that cleared up nothing.
You throw the word stud around loosely? More talent than dobbins? LolStud RB….he is the new Dobbins…maybe more raw talent
Hard disagree. Dobbins >>> Williams.Stud RB….he is the new Dobbins…maybe more raw talent
You have to admit he has looked pretty good though.Hard disagree. Dobbins >>> Williams.
Agreed. Although I thought Lat looked pretty decent himself.he has looked pretty good though
13 attempts to Latavious 9. He started and looked damn good. As others have said it’s a dobbins / Gus split with ty’son in the dobbins role. Gonna be hard to not start in my flex moving forward. They play lions next week. May even bench CEH for him.
And he wasn’t benched, which I had heard he was after missing that blitz pickup in Week 1.You have to admit he has looked pretty good though.
How I saw it before the season is the way I see it now.I'm looking at it like I hit the lottery with my last rookie pick. I fully expect him to be the #1 RB on the NFL's #1 rushing attack.
Ching-ching!
it's a marathon, not a sprint when it comes to young players. Was happy with the Williams touches and how he looked, despite the fumble into the end zone. I thought they may reduce his touches after the fumble but he was in the mix all game.Williams had 2 catches called back for penalty too ... that's 2 more PPR and probably 25-30 yards additional
I thought Williams looked much better than Murray, only going to get better too.
But but but but they don’t throw to their running backs…he might get 1 catch…..Williams had 2 catches called back for penalty too ... that's 2 more PPR and probably 25-30 yards additional

man Sam, little negative this morning? But but but but they don’t throw to their running backs…he might get 1 catch…..

Yup - I think this is what we're seeing. Basically Williams/Murray are a somewhat less talented duo than Dobbins/Edwards, but seem to be playing similar roles. And Lamar caps the upside of both pairs regardless.I think this what most reasonable people expected. Williams/Murray would continue to see some kind of split like we would have seen with Dobbins/Edwards or Edwards/Williams.
The top rb on the offense is Lamar. I'm saying that as a huge Williams supporter. How I saw it before the season is the way I see it now.
He's the top running back on the NFL's top rushing offense.
Hoping for a lot of snaps/touches in, at least on paper, has the earmark of a positive game script against the Lions.Snap counts from Week 2
Ty'Son Williams (49% snaps) Latavius Murray (36% snaps); others (15%).
I think that's a fairly representative split for most backfields (where there is no stud RB) - and I suspect we see a similar split going forward. Like you said, hopefully this week's snaps include more carries in what should be favorable matchup for the running game.Hoping for a lot of snaps/touches in, at least on paper, has the earmark of a positive game script against the Lions.
I have had him on my trade bait in my league two weeks and not one offer, not even an insulting, crap offer. RB hungry teams in my league are not buying into him. Fine by me, I will just hold and flex him.Anyone seeing any recent trades for him? Just trying to assess his value as I am getting offered a trade for him.
Similar here...as teams in my league struggle for RBs...I can't even get depth WR offers.I have had him on my trade bait in my league two weeks and not one offer, not even an insulting, crap offer. RB hungry teams in my league are not buying into him. Fine by me, I will just hold and flex him.
I offered him to a team starting David Johnson at RB BEFORE week 2 for Mike Williams and was rejected with no counter.Anyone seeing any recent trades for him? Just trying to assess his value as I am getting offered a trade for him.
