For you guys talking about boobs in movies, I listened to this Gilbert Gottfried podcast yesterday. His guest was Jim McBride aka: "Mr. Skin".

It's pretty funny hearing him pulling out stats off the top of his head on who has been nude in a movie, for how many seconds, and at what exact time in the movie the nudity occurs.

He's the original movie nude savant.

And for those who have not seen it Blake Edwards S.O.B. is truly a hilarious film. Totally worth watching.

We're No Angels

Charming 1989 remake of the classic 1955 film starring Robert DeNiro, Sean Penn, Demi Moore, Bruno Kirby, and a very young John C. Reilly. Lightweight, but worth a watch especially if you have kids age 10-15. Really loved DeNiro facial expressions in this one. I swear he watch a bunch of Three Stooges films before making this movie.

ok, so for the best boobs ever on film, so far, we have:

Trading Places

Species 3

Fast Times at Ridgemont High

I remember Uma's looking pretty awe inspiring in Dangerous Liasons
Kelly Preston - mischiefSalma Hayek - desperado
That would be the winner for me.But....Kimberly McArthur in "Easy Money" (Rodney Dangerfield) - unreal.
Betsy Russell - Private School, when she was riding bareback while bareback.
NSFW

I miss that guy. He was a good character actor. He was perfect in "The Freshman" with Broderick and Brando.

The Freshman is a movie I should watch again. I liked it a lot, but I can't remember one scene.

Good flick

Not sure where this goes as it's a series on Starz but Ash vs Evil Dead is awesome. It really captures the spirit of the movies, particularly Army of Darkness. If you're a fan of the series and Bruce Campbell it's a must watch.

oh, see, i think it's pretty funny but not hilarious. much of it depends on the viewers affection for Broderick. my favorite scene is a little one with Brando and Broderick. He's walking Clark out of his social club when he spies a picture on the wall. It's something like

Broderick: Is that a picture of Benito Mussolini?

Brando: Well, it ain't Tony Bennett...

It's the timing of the lines that cracks me up.

Love Evil Dead, but I'm not subscribing to STARZ just for this.

I'm not saying I'm a Broderick fan, but his work in Election is hilarious.

Man, only 38% on RT but I loved The Signal

I especially liked the music and cinematography ... the critics consensus is spot on: there wasn't much to the story but that didn't bother me much. It was a fairly simple concept with a fairly "no duh twist" at the end but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

8/10

Call your cable/satellite provider and tell them you are thinking about cutting the cable. They'll give you free premium channels for at least 3 months.

If you like weird, interesting movies, this is one of them. 90% will react with "I don't get it, nothing makes sense".

rewatched Diva for the millionth time. Still great- even though it had a different set of subtitles with slightly different translations... I've seen it enough to have the translations quasi-memorized. and the Diva's acting and French abilities are still laughably bad, but still don't ruin the fun watch.

Been flying a bunch recently. Watched Life Itself and The Wrecking Crew. Both are good documentaries about really interesting people and times. Highly recommend. Also watched The Wolfpack. People love it because it's such a bizarre and unique story but overall I didn't like the feel of it.

Those kids live a few blocks from us.

the story is pretty amazing- but once I heard/read the story, I have no interest in seeing a movie about it.

I thought it was just dull with a weak finish. Not terrible, but definitely not good.

Groovy

It really is a great shows for AoD fans.

Ash: OK, look, if we get this done quick enough, we might have time to stop for churros. That's not a racist thing, Pablo. That's just a great dessert.
Pablo: OK. You know I'm not Mexican, right?
Ash: That's the spirit.

Cable yes. Satellite likely has you in a contract and won't do jack for you.

Spotlight

I liked it but I think it could have been better. I was hoping for a "The Verdict" type quality production but this was far from that good.

It was a little bit of a strange cast. As with any "Boston based" film you end up with a handful of actors going in and out of bad New England accents.

Mark Ruffalo and Stanley Tucci were really good.

There is a scene where Len Cariou shows up on screen and my wife and I immediately looked at one another and said "ugh....not this guy".

Good subject matter for a movie. Satisfying movie. That's all.
Huh. Interesting.

I saw it last night and thought it was incredible. Best movie I've seen in quite a while. Couldn't recommend it more.

I need to go back and watch it again, everyone I've talked to loved it as well. I did like it, I just wasn't blown away.

Did anybody watch "the Missing"? British show that got picked up by one of the premium networks.

we watched the first 3 or 4 episodes on vacation after paying for them through Itunes... got hooked, but don't feel like ponying up for the full season if it's available elsewhere.

Is it available somewhere for free?

is it worth finishing?

Ted 2 5.5/10. Nothing more than a bunch of one liners thrown together to make a movie. Really mailed it in compared to the first one.

Maze Runner 2. Just as satisfying as the first. These are solid movies.
Watched this on the plan. Surprisingly enjoyed it, especially compared to Divergent and Hunger Games. The world is still extraordinarily shallow and they use a ton of cliches (saving someone from falling with an arm grab? Really? Can we just stop that?) but it's an enjoyable movie.

Plus zombies!

I enjoyed the first one, but thought this was just stupid.

I didn't see it but I had this psycho guy that I worked with saying this was going to be the next Star Wars.

Bellflower:

Been working on a list my my favorite movies of the decade so far, and in doing so made a fairly long list of ones that I was meaning to watch and didn't get around to. Started with this. Not 100% sure what I just watched, but I know I didn't like it. Seemed to appear on a lot of year end lists, but I thought it went nowhere I and I didn't care about the people and their relationships. Not quite sure what people saw in it besides the cool ### car. 4/10.

Gimme Shelter 3.5/5

Dark Places 4/5

Laggies 3/5

Morning Glory 3.5/5

School of Life 4/5

The Intern 3.5/5

Everything Must Go 3.5/5

The Words 4/5

Sisters

Not much of a plot, it was mostly just a way for Fey and Poehler to riff. A lot of one-liners, most of which were accurate and funny. It seems as if they went out of their way to give Fey the most profane lines because she dropped numerous MF-bombs and every slang word for ######.

All the things you hear about the chemistry between those two is very true. They are in complete synch, and deliver each other's punchlines with perfect timing.

Selma - Solid film, informative, interesting but ultimately not particularly noteworthy. Worth a watch.
