I live in Dallas as well. Will probably be at the Loon when I get off work for the FBG Happy Hour on Tuesday.

The Dallas guys I have met are cool and down-to-earth. So don't be scared of them. :)

I kid, I kid... no mug shots for me.They all got together for a Friday lunch a few weeks back and I couldn't get out of work. A good time was had by all from what I hear.

 
I believe this is the first time I haven't made even a token attempt to hit on the new girl. I aint charmed, sweet-talked, sprinkled mojo, pitched woo or nothin'. :kicksrock:

This might be a sign of the apocalypse. I'll have to check on that.

My math is horrible. Funny, I get paid to do math all day, but I get home from work after a tough day, and I am just clueless. I think I need a beer.

 
Idea for Lauren:

If you really want to get the FBGs wound up into a donating frenzy, maybe you should frequent another fantasy football messageboard, and tell them that the FBGs said they would out-donate them. Then come back here and report the opposite. Hilarious hi-jinx will likely ensue.

Think of it as something like a bar vs. bar challenge on "Cheers" (vs. "Gary's Old-Towne Tavern, of course).

I get the sense that FBGs is a lot like Cheers, BTW.

The post I quoted was a mess with the [ quote ] [ /quote ] tags. I tried cleaning it up as I posted it, but failed miserably. After seeing it was still a mess, I went back and fixed it so it looks all purdy.
