When they go off, they can really up the cut, but when they under perform (or put up middle of the road numbers), there is a good chance another player covers them on a team. I highly doubt the cut is any lower than the average sim numbers, and I suspect it will be towards the high end of the expectation.Foster and Williams had sub par weeks, which will have a big effect.educated guess from Drinen's sim run (post Thursday game). His average cut was about 146. Haven't seen too much to make me believe it will be any lower than that, and there are quite a few big numbers out there.Looks like I pulled a rabbit from my hat too with Brady, I also forgot that I had Branch yet to go tonight (-12.5). Up past 157 now, which will be getting it done for another week!is this just a total guess?I'd make low 140's a lock, with a good chance it's high 140's or more. While there were a lot of players off this week, there were also a lot of high scoring players. This is also our most difficult hurdle yet, with 30% getting whacked...In that percentage owned part, not much scoring for RBs... maybe the cut will be in the 120's... atleast I have hope that happens, till Doug posts the pre-monday night sim...Oh and.. me 3 on the VD part... ugh...
:X It should be interesting but some of the teams that have been relying on Foster and don't have a couple of other good RBs will lose I suspect.Foster and Williams had sub par weeks, which will have a big effect.educated guess from Drinen's sim run (post Thursday game). Ben's garbage time points may just have been enough to pull me through!
BTW, since I'm new to this, what exactly is the Turk or where did it stem from?
Who is this Turk? He is the individual assigned by the organization to go to a player's room, knock on his door and utter those dreaded words: "The coach wants to see you--and bring your playbook." In short, the Turk is the NFL version of the Grim Reaper.
NFl Tradition--when a player is about to be cut in training camp, an assitant coach knocks on his door and tells him to report to the head coack and take his playbook with him. The assistant coack with those duties is referred to as "the Turk". don't ask me why the NFL uses the term--maybe because the term "assassin" comes from Turkish history?ETA: guess i type too slowlyThought I was toast until Gronk and Ben decided to save me. Sure glad I went Gronk over Hernandez for now.BTW, since I'm new to this, what exactly is the Turk or where did it stem from?

Same is true for me (though ctriopelle's team being better than mine he gets more pointsDD:Any idea where the sim is getting MNF points for my team? I don't have any players on WAS or PHI, but it shows the max sim score for my team as adding 39 points. I'm already in, but it looks like there's a bug in the system. Team 100711...
)Team 100098Thx-QGHave both AND Shiancoe.187 unlucky Finley owners had Hernandez as a backup TE this week.159 extremely lucky Finley owners had Gronkowski as a backup TE.40 had both.
Digging around for something and found this. While I'm feelingYou like Winslow at $14 better than Daniels for $13?Kinda surprised I'm the only guy with the Winslow-Fasano-Gresham combo.Anyway here it is. With a last minute change that hopefully doesn't make me go :XEntry 100098This entry is still alive. <-------Philip Rivers $19Matthew Stafford $16Derek Anderson $6Adrian Peterson $38C.J. Spiller $17Arian Foster $13Leon Washington $8Thomas Jones $7Bernard Scott $6Calvin Johnson $27Jabar Gaffney $16Mike Williams $8Bernard Berrian $7Laurent Robinson $7Harry Douglas $5Louis Murphy $4Deion Branch $3Kellen Winslow $14Anthony Fasano $7Jermaine Gresham $6Rob Bironas $3Sebastian Janikowski $2Matt Bryant $2Chicago Bears $4Tampa Bay Buccaneers $3Detroit Lions $2More on this exciting team soon.-QG
eta: Fasano at $7 over Heap at $7 I can't see that either.
about my RB situation I'm happy with how my TEs have turned out.Winslow vs. Daniels (6-4 Winslow) Winslow 104.7 points, Daniels 44.0 points.Fasano vs Heap (6-4 Heap) Heap 108.7 points, Fasano 92.2 pointsWinslow/Fasano vs Heap/Daniels (6-4 Winslow/Fasano). W/F 131.2 points, H/D 116.4 points.-QGBig fat 0 from the TE this week. 39 pts from NEP and no catches for Hernandez? Some way I still have a chance to advance if DD's "mid 140's" cut holds up. I'm at 146.75 unofficially on yellowdogs MFL site. Need WashD to beat 7 pts on MNF to move up. No serious designs on winning with my ratty RB's but it's still fun to be in the game another week. I'd love to make it to Week 11 by .1.187 unlucky Finley owners had Hernandez as a backup TE this week.
Your uniqueness factor must be 999919 Roster Guy with Rodgers on bye, Finley and Murphy out, Foster and M. Williams underperforming, moving on with 187 points.
Yea, I don't have the most unique team, but having Gore, Charles, A. Johnson and R. White are carrying me through.Your uniqueness factor must be 999919 Roster Guy with Rodgers on bye, Finley and Murphy out, Foster and M. Williams underperforming, moving on with 187 points.
That's how I felt with Dallas scoring 33 and Witten having one stinking catch.Big fat 0 from the TE this week. 39 pts from NEP and no catches for Hernandez? Some way I still have a chance to advance if DD's "mid 140's" cut holds up.
