According to NFL Network's Jason La Canfora, the Steelers have ruled TE Heath Miller (concussion) out for Week 15.

Matt Spaeth will take over for Miller, who will be held out as a precaution. The team has just three days of rest before taking on the Panthers in Week 16, so consider Miller questionable for next week as well.
