It seemed like a good draft to me. It seemed like they were taking a long-term approach with the earlier picks instead of reaching for immediate needs. Then addressing some needs later in the draft picking up a couple of nice DBs.
The obvious issue is not taking an OT, but it's very possible they didn't see a true difference maker by the end of the 2nd, when they took their best value pick in Ealy, and certainly by the end of the 3rd. Maybe the evidence doesn't support it, but it seems like finding a real stud OT after the 2nd or 3rd round seems incredibly rare.
Either way, the 1st 2 picks make sense, and by that point, I could see where it wouldn't make sense to reach for an OT.
My memory might also be failing me here too, but unlike OT, it seems finding quality DBs from the 4th round on is much more likely so going there for need makes sense.
I think this is a team still building and is a lot more than one player away. I have no idea what will become of the individual players, but I like the approach.
