"So they brought the gold all the way from Georgia to Michigan. But then they had to build an entire railroad to take it 20 miles up the way to another town. And THEN they had to build a tunnel to cross the street to get it into a bank vault."Watched a couple minutes of a Civil War gold last night, these guys are morons.
"Hackley designed this park, if there is a sidewalk here and here, why do they need these two on diagonals? Watch what happens when I superimpose the confederate flag, it matches!!!!!"
"WOW!!!"
"I think this will be enough to get Marty to understand."
This thing is just stupid
Um... yes. It makes even more sense when you see it written."So they brought the gold all the way from Georgia to Michigan. But then they had to build an entire railroad to take it 20 miles up the way to another town. And THEN they had to build a tunnel to cross the street to get it into a bank vault."
IN AGAIN!!!![]()
Some pieces of wood.have they found anything in like 6 years>?
Stop being a jerk. They have worked really hard and sacrificed so much...Some pieces of wood.
Could they be pieces of the treasure chest?
It’s getting hard for production to even trick people anymore.have they found anything in like 6 years>?
My wife still DVR's/watches this show. I usually sit and watch with her and make fun of it until she tells me to leave.
it's all happening!
Marty Lagina is worth $100M according to a Google search. He sold his energy company for $68M and owns a winery. Rick is worth $2M is a postal worker.where does rick and his brother get all their damn money? they've spent millions and now they are doubling down
the drain the cove and excavate idea they rendered in VR 3d is going to cost a few million, easy. you can see the head salesguy eyes light up during the presentation thinking about all the hookers and blow he's going to hammer in mexico this winter on his 3 month vacation
RIP DanThis season is getting pretty interesting at Smith's Cove.
But why the heck haven't they brought Dan out there yet to see it all?????![]()
Don’t so many people have to die for them to find the treasure according to some legend?
The curse says 7 must die before the treasure can be found. So far 6 have died. Only deaths being counted are the people who died while actively searching for the treasure. Thruout the years a lot of people have died who participated in the search, but only 6 have been “killed in action”.Don’t so many people have to die for them to find the treasure according to some legend?
Maybe that's their real plan, trying to steal your free healthcare, not your treasure!these guys will be able to apply as permanent residents in canada w the amount fo time they're spending here w those work visas
Dave Blankenship seems pretty worthless on the show. The curse says 7 must die before the treasure can be found. So far 6 have died. Sweet! Haven't watched any of the new ones. Where did they find that wood?chet said:I have argued they have found nothing that would prove that anyone was burying treasure and all they've found was left there by previous searchers. Tonight, that was definitively proved false. An expert said that to a 99.999% likelihood, wood that they found in Smith's Cove was from 1769-1771. This his is very big IMO. Well done Marty, Rick, Craig, Dave and Dan (RIP).
Smith's Cove is a few hundred feet from the Money Pit and the supposed location of the box drains that fill the Money Pit with water. They constructed a coffer dam and drained Smith's Cove this season.Sweet! Haven't watched any of the new ones. Where did they find that wood?
ETA: Duh. Can't read.is Smith's Cove a new location or a rename of one of their old spots?
Because the wood was dated that old, doesn't mean that there is treasure buried there or that the wood was used for that purpose. Only that there was activity prior to searchers.chet said:I have argued they have found nothing that would prove that anyone was burying treasure and all they've found was left there by previous searchers. They found human bones at the bottom of one of the tunnels. Analysis of those bones showed that they were of two different DNA makeups. That would bring the total to deaths to 8.The curse says 7 must die before the treasure can be found. So far 6 have died. He's financially tied up in the Civil War gold show now too. I think he did that just to play the opposite side. There was no way he'd walk away after what they've done this season.Well another season in the books. Smith Cove is interesting, it might not be treasure but there has damn sure been a lot of activity there over the years. Marty did seem to be wavering a bit at this end of year wrap up meeting. Then again I think it mostly his and Craig Testers money that are invested.
for sure. I watched the preview of the finale and felt caught up.So I can just watch the season finale and be pretty much caught up?
I just read your post and felt caught up.mozzy84 said:for sure. I watched the preview of the finale and felt caught up.
