Chiming in to say thanks Joe and to the Footballguys that helped put this together and run the contest!

Due to my work situation this is one of only 2 contests I'm in this year, after being in 133 leagues last year. So I really appreciate the opportunity to use the approximate 100+ hours of projections and rankings work I put in this season for more than one league!

Also, I like the format with the 6-point passing TDs and double flex. The playoff scoring and advancement format should be entertaining. The 20-man rosters should work well and I'll throw my vote in for keeping the 2 minute timer.

Specific to our league 113 draft, I found it interesting that more teams didn't go zero RB given the lineup format. I also thought high-end passing QBs may get elevated in draft spot, but Stroud, Burrow and Prescott all went about where they'd be expected to go. Only Mahomes went earlier than I'd expected at pick 29.

And yep, I was the weirdo taking Aiyuk in the 2nd round on good understanding that he would sign. He's my 10th ranked WR this year, so why risk letting him go to someone else at a discount? Draft your guys, right?

Not in a contest like this. All the guys who got Aiyuk in the 3rd and 4th round have a huge leg up on you in the finals. Really the only argument for is that you had both Waddle and Aiyuk as the best available players at 2.10. Feasible with you being so close to the turn.

Me too. Lost and was one of the lowest scoring teams. Had Mostert in over Jamo Williams (wanted to see a game and figured Mostert would be solid). Als, got killed on TE with Musgrove doing absolutely nothing while I wait for Hock. Then add Burrow being taken over by the ghost of Trent Dilfer and I may be in some trouble. ARSB having his worst day of his career also wasn't helping matters.

Maybe I just got all the bad out of the way week 1. Here's to hoping because I can't trade with anyone either.....hahahaha

I also took a W in wk.1, 4th highest scoring in my league (0091) with 141.45 pts. Barkley, Godwin, Goff, D. Smith and McConkey led the way. Dominator has my team ranked 6th presently, mostly due to a weak bench. I'll be attempting to rectify that situation in the waiver run this week.

Side note: It appears Sleeper only allows you set up a list of waiver claims for one run. I assume if one of those claims on my list goes through I'll have to try to add others through FCFS. Am I mistaken about that? After one run through, and you are awarded a claim, will the waiver process continue to look at your list and award other claims (assuming of course that you're dropping a different player)? I'm new to the site and hoping someone experienced with it could answer before I go trying to find the answer in the site rules.

As long as Musgrave wasn't dropped from out of his starting lineup after his game had started, I don't see an issue.

Owner has already made an irrevocable decision that the dropped Player (Musgrave) cannot enter his starting lineup (is on bench when his game kicks off), and is being dropped (from his bench) for a Player whose game has not yet started.

I've served as the Commissioner of some very high $$$ Leagues, with acumen-rich Owners, and I'm fairly certain that a large majority of the guys I play with, would *not* object to this.

Yep, on Sleeper, the FBG Commish does not have access to turn off the option to propose trades or accept them. For whatever reason. Even still, per the rules there's no trading. Commish posted in our league that any attempt to make a trade, or actually completing one, will get you booted.

Well, in the offseason, you posted a really well thought out list of Predicting the top Offenses. I mostly agreed but disagreed about your assessment of the Saints with Kubiak at the helm of the offense. Fast forward to sleeper, I grab what I felt was an undervalued Kamara and we met this week.

I certainly had my misses, took the wrong side of Brown/Moss it seems and Tua getting another concussion is certainly not what anyone wanted to see, but on the Kamara thing, I'll enjoy this week at least.

Good game man, you have time to bounce back.
