Apologies if that wasn't the case.

Rabble rouser.@jwb chat says ure up, Tim is missing, people picked some weird, and Joe Bryant will never check this page so if you want to get some crap of your chest about FBGs now is the time.
Wait until someone picks a certain reality show. It’s going to turn all PSF in here.Rabble rouser.
Hmm. Has anybody been banned for a post they made in one of these drafts yet?Wait until someone picks a certain reality show. It’s going to turn all PSF in here.
Do you remember the dead people draft? The whole draft got banned. It was ridiclous on an epic scale.Hmm. Has anybody been banned for a post they made in one of these drafts yet?![]()

What does PSF stand for?
And since the official name is “The Political Forum”, sometimes you’ll see the initials as “TPF” as well.Politics Sub Forum
Crap. Guess I'll take my pick in Horror/Supernatural then.5.10 - Monty Pythons Flying Circus - Foreign Show
Really wanted this. I remember watching as a kid in the 70's, and being amused at the absurdity. And the sketches kept getting better and better as I grew up and understood more of the humor.

Karma saying he hasn't watched something is the new Gally complaining about judging.Still hilarious to this day, and monumentally influential. I don't think it's an overstatement to say they were the Beatles of comedy.5.10 - Monty Pythons Flying Circus - Foreign Show

Wife and I were just talking about this since the 14 year old wants to move the PS4 to his room. I had a TV in my room starting about that age. So that would be '89 or so. Even then, it was basically:I'm wondering if he's ever owned a TV in his life
There's a hell of a lot of TV out there, especially in the age of streaming, so it's no longer reasonable to expect people to have seen every high-quality show that exists. That being said, you might be a little like one of my friends, who has an insane record collection and is big into movies but his TV show tastes resemble that of a 13-year-old girl. He just sees TV as something to generate noise when he wants to turn his brain off.Wife and I were just talking about this since the 14 year old wants to move the PS4 to his room. I had a TV in my room starting about that age. So that would be '89 or so. Even then, it was basically:
1. MTV
2. NHL and NFL
3. Movies from the video store.
Combine that with the fact that my tastes in TV shows definitely tend to run more towards the cheesy mindless end and less towards the critically acclaimed end, and I think that explains a bit of my huge void of TV viewing.
ETA: So yes - I've never seen an episode of Monty Python.
I was about 9 when my older brother by three years was given the old black and white. I remember watching the LA Tbirds on the Roller Derby and the Johnny Carson show all the time. I'd be offended, but you probably aren't that far off here. There's a hell of a lot of TV out there, especially in the age of streaming, so it's no longer reasonable to expect people to have seen every high-quality show that exists. There's another guy I know who is one of the moderators of a reality TV site. He is big into TV and music but so clueless about movies that every year come Oscar time, the site runs a feature where the other mods tell him the names of the films up for Best Picture and he has to guess the premise for each, usually with hilarious results.
There are shows I remember watching as a family that haven't been drafted yet, but mostly would be the cheesier stuff and a lot that might get drafted in the action category.I was about 9 when my older brother by three years was given the old black and white. I remember watching the LA Tbirds on the Roller Derby and the Johnny Carson show all the time. (1969)
You can send me your picks, and I promise to only steal one of them.Man, I was hoping to draft tonight. I’m a west coaster, so I won’t be online until 7:30-8:00am pacific time make my picks.
Hmmm, I’ll pass but thanks? I like to make my own picks anyway. I’ll try not to hit the snooze button tomorrow. You can send me your picks, and I promise to only steal one of them.![]()
Maybe a Curtis Mathis. Or a Philco.I'm wondering if he's ever owned a TV in his life
Philistine.ETA: So yes - I've never seen an episode of Monty Python.
Tom Petty died in the middle of it and somebody drafted him and made a joke about “SoD” and then there were reports that he may still be alive so someone posted the Holy Grail “bring out your dead” scene. I loved Petty as much as anyone but there really wasn’t anything over the line done.I wasn't in that one, forgot about that draft getting the axe. So silly.
Sorry about that - I went to bed. @Woz - it may be good to share your number with someone on the West Coast if you want.Bump for @AAABatteries
