38 out of 50 listed this one. I'm one of the 12 that didn't. I think I've watched a total of 18 minutes of this. Didn't do it for me. Can't explain why.

Played the heck out of the pinball game at the local arcade years ago though.

The rare show where it made you pay attention to the opening credits.

A total cultural phenomenon and definitely a show you’d gather your friends together to watch when it aired.

I was probably a hair low on this. Should be top 10 for "I bent my Wookie" alone.

My ranked shows that did not make the Top 300

59. Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom - This was a staple of my childhood and I still love nature shows.
This is the only one mentioned in this countdown that I failed to rank, but should have. My brother and I loved this show more than any other for a few years. I can remember the stupid ad song. Mutual of Omaha, it's people... you can count on when the going gets rough.
loved this as well. Marlin Perkins and his trusty sidekick Jim.

My Dad and I always laugh at an episode that showed Marlun in some raging river with a big python wrapped around him and he was struggling to get up and the snake kept bringing under water and you could hear Jim in the voice over saying "Marlins doin' fine!" As he is on the verge of being drowned by this immense snake.

We were both kind of paying attention (but not really) to the show and when we heard good ol' Jim with the "Marlin's doin' fine" we just looked at each other and started cracking up. It was such an understated tone while his partner was in the verge of death. Just didn't fit at all.

I am one of the non-voters as well. I thought about listing it and figured it would rank high but it also didn't really do it for me. I have seen episodes over the years but it was just ok. Wouldn't put it with the upper echelon of shows at all. It's fine. It's biggest attribute is longevity but that's because the characters never age.....but the show got old anyway.

This would have been my #2 show, I think. Gilligan & Gould had their **** down when this one started, which was not the case with their previous show. This one ran like a fine-tuned Jag from episode #1 and kept it up through the end.

Kim and Nacho are two of the best-played characters in any medium I've ever seen. And Odenkirk just slayed it.
I’ve never got to see the last season so didn’t rank it - but should have. So good.
Good Lord. Stop posting here and go watch the final season, man.
Don’t have Netflix currently. I’m a bit tired of there being way too many streaming services. I will at some point.
The final season is free on Prime. Just started it this morning.
cool - I do have Prime.

“DNA Is God's Recipe For Making You. You Take A Dash Of Dad, A Pinch Of Mom, Then We Bake For Nine Months And... Mmm! That's Good Billy!”

Kind of shocked by BCS being so high. I liked it, but top 10?

There is no logical reason for Kim's continued association with the sad-sack, used car salesman that Jimmy/Saul is throughout the show. None. He looks dumb and acts dumber on a regular basis while she is a highly intelligent smoke show. I can abide all sorts of plot holes and sci-fi/fantasy shenanigans, but I cannot cope with her staying by his side for so long. It is one of the most illogical plot devices in TV history.

It would have been fantastic to watch these fresh with BCS and then BB - for any of you who haven't done it, obviously make sure you do it in that order. God, that makes me so jealous of anyone who can do it.

I might be the only guy in the planet that has never seen an episode of The Office. I've seen a lot of clips just never watched an actual episode.

I haven't, at least not the US version. The UK version didn't do anything for me so I doubt the export would either
The US version is top 3 for me. It's an awesome show until Steve Carell leaves. Should've ended then. Luckily, the bulk of the series has Carell.....the ultimate dipshit boss

This may be a hot take: The last two seasons of Better Call Saul may be better than any season of Breaking Bad. They are exceptionally well-written and acted (and in the case of the final season, despite the cast and crew being rattled after Bob Odenkirk almost died of a heart attack. Like, he probably would have died had he not been on set at the time.) The payoff of a story that we were all fascinated by for so many years absolutely delivered.

Howard's murder
is probably the most shocking scene I have ever witnessed all my years of TV viewing.

I did find some of the Chuck scenes in the first three seasons to be a drag, but that's a minor quibble.

Two and Half Men. Might be my favorite comedic sitcom. Didn't see it on the list? Blasphemy.
I talked about it earlier. It makes me laugh and I guess I enjoy it. The Sheen years were much better than the Kutcher years though. The way I approached this was much different than I think most people did. I tried to strike a balance between something that I enjoyed AND that I think was well done (there's some overlap anyways) but 2.5 men was very low brow and I felt other comedy shows were better. I did rank the Goldbergs and Raising Hope and My name is Earl and there are other shows like Life in Pieces or Happy Endings that were good. top 300? yes it should have been there, better than that nerd show.

I'm always forget about the Kutcher seasons. They don't count. Ha ha

You got that far and didn't finish?

Please don't open the spoiler tag in my previous post.

I probably haven’t seen a new Simpsons episode in 10 seasons, so my rank is more based on the peak years

This is a show I started watching in elementary school that’s still going today. Even in college my buddies and I would just trade Simpsons quotes or tie in a reference to what we were doing. Go to a microbrewery and someone was bound to say “needs more dog”.

I remember my 7th grade teacher made me turn my I’m Bart Simpson Who The Hell Are You? T-shirt inside out because it said a bad word

I remember watching reruns when my kids were little and my oldest came up to me and put my hands around his neck so I could choke him like homer choked Bart

I think it’s such a great microcosm of any town USA
I used to record on VHS......crazy how long of a run it's had. My son, and I started watching it from the beginning. It's mostly awesome.

I think this is my first Bingo (overall rank 6, my rank 6).

The first 8 seasons are some of the funniest TV episodes that have ever been created. One of my best memories of college is gathering on Sunday nights with about 50 other people to watch this. The room was packed with uproarious laughter constantly.

You Come at the King, You Best Not Miss

One of the most heartbreaking scenes in (fictional) television history is when Bunk is out on the street and sees all the kids playing and pretending to be Omar (and making him seem like a hero) while the cops are out there spinning their wheels trying to make the community livable. The look on Bunk's face is one of defeat.

I liked The Wire. I didn't love it. I actually didn't watch until a few years ago. Id be willing to bet I would have enjoyed it more if I watched it in the same decade it came out. Solid show though. We are all different and shows hit us all differently. My personal ranking of The Wire would be closer to 30 maybe.

Undecided as to the best quote, it's either the simple "Omar listening" after the showdown with Brother Mouzone, or "you come at the king, you best not miss" to Wee Bey

I've never had any interest in watching The Wire. I had HBO when it was on, and would see the promos when I would watch Six Feet Under. Based on those promos, I had zero interest in checking it out. I'm also averse toward shows/movies where journalists are main characters, because I am one and Hollywood almost always gets the profession "wrong".

Clear #1 for me despite seasons 2/5 not being up to the level of the others
I know this convo has been done to death but I strongly disagree on your season 2 opinion. I know it's a common one but to me S2 is absolute gold, it was just so jarring because it changes what you think the show is so drastically. It's like I know The Wire it's the show about cops and drug dealers and then all of a sudden S2 comes in and it's a show about dock workers. But we come to learn it's all connected.
