A week or two ago, I stood on my balcony in my boxers and watched an Atlas V rocket launch from about 15 miles away and tower majestically over the Atlantic Ocean while hundreds of people camped out on the beach with coolers cheered and whistled. That only happens in Florida.

I'm pretty sure people stand on balconies in their boxers in other states, too.

I'm sure they do. But I bet not many of them are watching/hearing a frigging ROCKET go up over the ocean.

The crowd of neighbors said they yelled at Marsonek but he refused to stop having sex with the dog, the report said.

If I had to guess the sequence of events, it went like this

1. Benches installed in parks.

2. Fine upstanding people decide there are too many homeless people using parks.

3. Fine upstanding people get fine upstanding city government to ban behavior homeless people engage in in parks.

4. Ban ends up banning same behavior that fine upstanding people engage in in parks.

5. People laugh. A lot.
