Thoughts on Marty Booker as a WR3 this week? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking at Marty Booker as a potential waiver wire addition this week to fill in at WR3 because:

-The Bears are playing Detroit

-Brandon Lloyd's inury status is unclear.

-The Bears are playing Detroit

- Booker's targets seemed to increase after Lloyd went down.

-The Bears are playing Detroit.

Thoughts?

Do you see Rashied Davis as a better Bears play?

I was picking over this matchup too. The problem is that Booker, Davis and Hester all could be the one who benefits if Lloyd is out. My gut tells me it's going to be Davis though.

Booker is not a good option, even if Lloyd sits.

Booker would start, but wouldn't fill the same role Lloyd has. Lloyd is a playmaker & has good speed. Booker is strictly a possession WR, he'll have a few catches for small yardage. If you are hell-bent on starting a Bears WR, I'd go with Hester, at least he's a big play threat.

I'd look at any of the Giants WRs this week before Booker.

Resident A is right. Booker would start but I would look for Lloyd's targets to get spread around. Hester, Davies or Olsen have more upside and would be the better play.
