Setting up a draft on ESPN...and never used the site before as a comish.   How do you set a last to first free agent deadline on Wed night ont hat site?  Anyone know?

I've been on there before but very little.

Yes.  He's talking about another league

I think if we're going to skip their pick, the next person has to wait  10 minutes etc. Til the skipped person picks then goes back to an hour.

No.  If a person's hour is up,  the next person picks immediately.  The people after have to wait 10 minutes each.  That makes the most sense.

I would suggest for your first round pick, don't pick for at least two hours and see how this process works.  Then you will have a good understanding for the critical late rounds.

Let's map it out so it is clear.  Guy A with pick three is on the clock at 1:00pm.  He does not make a pick.  At 2:00pm, Guy B is on the clock and his hour starts.  Guy B makes a pick at 2:03.  Guy C has to wait 10 minutes and he is on the clock at 2:13 and has until 3:13 until he can get skipped.  Guy A can do his makeup pick at anytime though.  Does that clear it up?

There is only one person on the clock at any given time, and thus only a single clock which is 'running'.    But skipped picks can always makeup at anytime.

Past precedent supports this.  You don't even have to notify the person when it's their turn to pick again IIRC
