I've been on there before but very little.Give me a few....
Setting up a draft on ESPN...and never used the site before as a comish. How do you set a last to first free agent deadline on Wed night ont hat site? Anyone know?
Could everyone try to do this when they pick. Look to see who's after you and tag them. Thanks
Yes. He's talking about another leagueWe are not using Yahoo again? ESPN blows, yahoo is the best free site
draft dominator says you have a 75% chance right now to make the playoffs with good management. 45% with Tim management.I am in big trouble here....I have not looked at anything ff. Can I just waive the white flag now?
And as always, if your hard limit lasts more than four hours call your doctor immediately.1 hour hard limit. All future picks immediately skipped as well
i'm just gonna have to see itflapgreen said:No. If a person's hour is up, the next person picks immediately. The people after have to wait 10 minutes each. That makes the most sense.
I would suggest for your first round pick, don't pick for at least two hours and see how this process works. Then you will have a good understanding for the critical late rounds.i'm just gonna have to see it
@Dan Lambskin we good with this?I would suggest for your first round pick, don't pick for at least two hours and see how this process works. Then you will have a good understanding for the critical late rounds.
two separate, parallel running clocks?Let's map it out so it is clear. Guy A with pick three is on the clock at 1:00pm. He does not make a pick. At 2:00pm, Guy B is on the clock and his hour starts. Guy B makes a pick at 2:03. Guy C has to wait 10 minutes and he is on the clock at 2:13 and has until 3:13 until he can get skipped. Guy A can do his makeup pick at anytime though. Does that clear it up?
####. Just forget it. Trying to be fair but just complicated. Leave it like it is then. If someone misses their hour, everyone can line up and pick over their dumba$$two separate, parallel running clocks?
There is only one person on the clock at any given time, and thus only a single clock which is 'running'. But skipped picks can always makeup at anytime.two separate, parallel running clocks?
New to this league?Whoa.... we're starting the league 5 days early, and jumping immediately into a 1hr clock less than 12 hours after making that decision?
Yeah I don't see how THAT could possibly end poorly.![]()
Past precedent supports this. You don't even have to notify the person when it's their turn to pick again IIRC####. Just forget it. Trying to be fair but just complicated. Leave it like it is then. If someone misses their hour, everyone can line up and pick over their dumba$$
@bananafish - I am sorry in advance. If you are ever in sf or los Angeles I will buy the beer....on the brighter side you will know exactly how my draft is going to go before you make your picks.Alright. If you think you may be away from the Internet for more than an hour when it comes your turn, you send a short list to the person who's before you. Same as previous years. I just made it harder to understand for some people. Same as day 1 fellas
That is correctSo is this more or less of a cluster $uck than years past? Not judging, because if I win it is complete luck anyhow.
Eta: now I see why some of you all have co-managers. Having not read the rules prior sending money may prove a bit foolish on my part![]()
Better White dudes in the lower picks, IMO.Still not sure we're sold on having the 12th pick and may yet exercise our option to move down
Russell Wilson might be the best white guy availableRoddy, James, who else?
Not sure how my name got on this list, but I won't be participating.
