However, dude should have sent me a list. I already picked, he commented on my pick, and he knew he wouldn't be online until later in the day Monday.

I think the equitable thing would be put him on the clock after cos and you pick - gives him two hours. If he doesn't show, that's four hours we gave him to pop in and make a pick.

I think this is fair. As unlucky said it's not like this is coming as a surprise. It's 2:30pm where he lives.... Only other person I know that sleeps that late is my former weed dealer who lives in his mom's attic.
