I couldn't be more annoyed at the notion of Douglas opposite Turzilli.
I couldn't be more curious of TZ opposite DGB.
If they don't call the dopiest plays imaginable and pretend the TEs are all as talented as Walker...a giant IF...I can't wait to see it.
6-4 speed and 6-5 beast.
Could be a blow out and Mariota needs to throw a lot but...
Gimme one drive where it's DGB and TZ opposite each other and primarily passes to each. One single drive.
One drive against the Pats like that would be sweet. One drive each of the next few weeks would be excellent.
Bright future guy panning out, hard working hustler getting in and making some plays-let that carry over to 2016
Turzilli seems to have captured Mularkey's fascination-go with that!
He can be the 4th or 5th WR, he can be a ooh maybe he will work out UDFA...doesn't matter. It just matters that it's enough for people to talk about Turzilli.
Tavai might have to cover Gronk..heh yep but if he can make one notable breakup or tackle.
Spain is already playing as is Riggs.
The team UDFAs get a chance with, the hustle/effort being appreciated, studying ...all that.
Mariota always says the right things so I'll assume he supports all that vocally to the team.
All young all hungry, it's the perfect way to end a bad season-with hustlers getting some love.
Can't wait to see the UDFAs with expanded roles. Here's Mularkey on TZ from the Tennessean-
“I thought he did some things really well in the game,” Titans coach
Mike Mularkey said. “Obviously, catching a couple balls helped. The one, the first catch he had, we had just put that concept in. We hadn’t had that concept in all year, so it was good to see him make a play on a difficult coverage.
“That will only help him as we move forward, but his role will expand, obviously with our receiver position and where it is.”
