Maybe he didn't see it offered as a defense before now from those grasping at straws trying to explain it.
I've been working all day. I don't live in here. I only see about .0001% of the posts.
You are actually trying to call out someone for how much they post here? LMAOYou’ve been posting here all day. I post a lot but I’ll bet you’ve exceeded me in the last few days.
Actually you haven’t told me. So I ask you, politely, respectfully: in terms of what those protestors experienced, what was the difference? If you don't know...why do you keep talking?
There is a huge difference between the two and yes....Being on an NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) DECON Team while in the USMC...I DO know.
...you don't.
You know only what your are told....and I'm telling you.
Apparently you don’t either or you would have pointed it out last night.
But then again you were preoccupied with typing the word Antifa 873 times so there’s that.
Only because he claimed he was too busy to post about this. I don’t care how much anyone posts obviously. You are actually trying to call out someone for how much they post here? LMAO
But you do...you posted about it.Only because he claimed he was too busy to post about this. I don’t care how much anyone posts obviously.
I have 10 posts all day. You have 10 in the last 15 minutes. You’ve been posting here all day. I post a lot but I’ll bet you’ve exceeded me in the last few days.
That’s slow for him.I have 10 posts all day. You have 10 in the last 15 minutes.
First of all...Tim, you've thanked me before...thank you.Actually you haven’t told me. So I ask you, politely, respectfully: in terms of what those protestors experienced, what was the difference?
Oh and BTW, since I was unaware you were a Marine: thank you for your service.
Thank you.First of all...Tim, you've thanked me before...thank you.
TEAR GAS contains a very strong irritant that burns your eyes and throat.
It sticks to your skin and clothing.
Once in it...you feel the effects for a very long time.
It sticks to foliage and grass so when you walk through it, you kick it up and when you brush against a branch or something, that too, kicks it up.
The area that is exposed to tear gas remains "hostile" for more than an hour. You don't cross a field or go into an area that has been affected by tear gas without wearing a gas mask.
SMOKE...is more of a shield. It limits the vision and allows you to move from one place to another without being seen.
It confuses and disorientates the people who didn't deploy it.
The irritation it causes is far less than a campfire causes.
It would confuse them.Thank you.
Based on what you’re saying the smoke shouldn’t have chased all those protestors off.
Ha! You got me. But my point remains. You posted plenty last night. You were very pleased with Trump’s action. You thought the use of tear gas was justified and you defended it. At no time did you argue that it wasn’t tear gas.I have 10 posts all day. You have 10 in the last 15 minutes.
They also used pepper spray I believe.Thank you.
Based on what you’re saying the smoke shouldn’t have chased all those protestors off.
All of them? Come on that defies common sense. It would confuse them.
Many of their first inclinations would have been to run, thinking it may have been tear gas.
Peaceful protesters dont get chaiced off. Check. What was all the complaining about warnings all about?Thank you.
Based on what you’re saying the smoke shouldn’t have chased all those protestors off.
That was then and this is now.Ha! You got me. But my point remains. You posted plenty last night. You were very pleased with Trump’s action. You thought the use of tear gas was justified and you defended it. At no time did you argue that it wasn’t tear gas.
It wasn’t classic tear gas like CS gas. Anyone who’s gone through a gas chamber without a mask knows what people look like that have been exposed. I’m sure there was smoke, pepper spray, pepper balls etc. Could call the difference semantics but when you think of tear gas, it’s a lot more sinister in its effects.Thank you.
Based on what you’re saying the smoke shouldn’t have chased all those protestors off.
Ah. Well if that’s true then again there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference between tear gas vs smoke plus pepper spray. Is there? They also used pepper spray I believe.
They may have. They also used pepper spray I believe.
No, it doesn't and I have a feeling that if someone had chemical analysis of what was fired at the protesters and was proven to be tear gas, they would not accept that either. All of them? Come on that defies common sense.
Link where I said it was tear gas. Please back up your claim. I wont hold my breath. You're batting .000 right now.Ha! You got me. But my point remains. You posted plenty last night. You were very pleased with Trump’s action. You thought the use of tear gas was justified and you defended it. At no time did you argue that it wasn’t tear gas.
In mass? All of them? Come on that defies common sense.
Wow...you are really hanging on.No, it doesn't and I have a feeling that if someone had chemical analysis of what was fired at the protesters and was proven to be tear gas, they would not accept that either.
No one has proven me wrong yet.Wow...you are really hanging on.
Good for you.
But that’s a separate argument. That’s the argument that’s been made all day: that they were warned to leave and didn’t. I don’t agree with that argument either but at least it’s more legitimate than “or it wasn’t actually tear gas, it was a combination of smoke, pepper spray and other irritants.” To which I say so what?Peaceful protesters dont get chaiced off. Check. What was all the complaining about warnings all about?
Link please. Please show me a video from the scene that explains the smoke, people coughing and pouring milk in their eyes afterwards that shows it wasn't tear gas.
Please...Other than Jim Acosta and Rachel Maddow coming to your door and telling you....what would 'prove' it to you?No one has proven me wrong yet.
I am? According to whom? And thankfully you have the option to decide to hold your breath or not. Others don’t.Link where I said it was tear gas. Please back up your claim. I wont hold my breath. You're batting .000 right now.
I’ve seen videos of people getting pepper sprayed and it looks pretty awful. They may have.
Police pepper spray can be bought over the counter and is classified as a "mild" irritant....less than chili powder.
Link please.I am? According to whom? And thankfully you have the option to decide to hold your breath or not. Others don’t.
Which none of the protesters said they were told and not one single reporter on the scene heard or was informed of.But that’s a separate argument. That’s the argument that’s been made all day: that they were warned to leave and didn’t. I don’t agree with that argument either but at least it’s more legitimate than “or it wasn’t actually tear gas, it was a combination of smoke, pepper spray and other irritants.” To which I say so what?
With a direct stream into your eyes...yes...it's pretty bad....and it would show BIG TIME in a picture of your face afterwards...I’ve seen videos of people getting pepper sprayed and it looks pretty awful.
One damn reporter actually at the protest saying so, which I have yet to see.Please...Other than Jim Acosta and Rachel Maddow coming to your door and telling you....what would 'prove' it to you?
We’re you there? Or is it the biased info you get from Twitter and MSNBC!Which none of the protesters said they were told and not one single reporter on the scene heard or was informed of.
OK I admit I have no idea if you have the option to hold your breath or not.Link please.
So...you're waiting for a member of the MSM to admit that they lied??One damn reporter actually at the protest saying so, which I have yet to see.
You can try.OK I admit I have no idea if you have the option to hold your breath or not.
I was watching live and in real time. We’re you there? Or is it the biased info you get from Twitter and MSNBC!
Well I’m glad I wasn’t there. I am a coward. I don’t like being hit with stuff like that. You can try.
It will still stick to your skin and clothing for quite a while
If you rubbed your eyes...it would hit you.
...and listening to to the MSNBC reporter who was there.I was watching live and in real time.
So, if there were a dozen reporters there who said there was tear gas fired who were MSM, you still wouldn't accept what they said and said they were all lying, correct?So...you're waiting for a member of the MSM to admit that they lied??
Don't hold your breath.
AgreedWell I’m glad I wasn’t there. I am a coward. I don’t like being hit with stuff like that.
I know what I saw. Should I believe you or my lying eyes?...and listening to to the MSNBC reporter who was there.
LinkI was watching live and in real time.
I know what I saw. Should I believe you or my lying eyes?
Link
24 to 28 seconds. Protestors and police walking through the smoke unaffected. No gas masks. That is not tear gas. Now please provide links I have asked for of people "washing their eyes with milk" or kindly GTFO.
