And, more importantly, the claim is he spied on his campaign. That's not really needed anymore, is it? What else exactly did he spy on and what did he do with all that information once out of office?

Maybe shop for real estate in Russia, unless you believe he's actually broke due to all the outstanding debt. If that's the case shopping for real estate in Moldova. You can afford quite a fixer-upper there..... especially if you don't plan on ever actually paying the hard working contractors doing the fixing up.

Depends. I think when people say he'll burn the place down it means he'll fire everyone he has the power to fire. He has the power to fire a lot of people and make things an even bigger mess on the way out if he is on the way out.

Announce he’s running again, start campaigning/collecting money. Whether of not he runs is moot; he can still collect money for a campaign, and lots of people would start handing him money.

Prior to Trump, it was common for the incoming President's folks to come in, work with the outgoing teams, get briefed, etc. Trump's incoming teams chose not to take advantage of that knowledge, for the most part.
I don't think there's any doubt he will instruct his staff not to allow Biden's transition team in and do not work with them on any transition.

If and when Biden wins there will be plenty of time to talk about the transition. Until then we should just sit back and wait until all of the votes are counted.

There’s a lot of joking around but this is a serious question with a very clear, serious answer: President Trump and Congress need to get a stimulus package done. This can’t wait until January. We’ve wasted too much time already.
